Room was really good for what I paid. Would have liked a rainfall shower but everything worked and room was clean and spacious.
Front desk were helpful and kindly allowed me and early check in and 2 hours late check out which was great as my train was 5pm and normal check out was 12.00pm.
I would stay again because if the price but when I usually visit Makkah with family we stay at Jabal Omar Hotels which are closer to the side of the haram we prefer. Its about a 5 min walk for someone myself but with family it will be more like 10 mins to the new extension of Harqm.

Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there.
Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual.
Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small.
Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily.
Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety.
I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up.
Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

SSalmanAliSecond time I opted this hotel. I reached there at 9.30am and check in starts at 16.00 so they charged extra payment for early checkin which is more then I paid via trip.com
Hotel is good, breakfast is excellent, shuttle service is perfect. I never wait for more then 5 minutes for shuttle to move. It's always standing at door which is +++ point.
But in rush hours police close the way directly to Haram from the drop point and you have to take a long round and go to Haram after crossing Makkah Towers from Ibrahim Kalil road. This distance summed up for 1.5km which is very difficult for elders and ladies.
Overall in this price hotel is perfect.

KKamal PanhwarAfter booking, I read some negative reviews about the check-in process, and unfortunately, I experienced the exact same thing. When I reached the counter, the receptionist was completely distracted by his mobile phone. When his phone rang, he walked away to take the call and never came back, forcing me to switch to another queue.
The lady at the second counter seemed entirely focused on Arabic-speaking guests. After I had been waiting in line for half an hour, two people who hadn't even been in the queue walked right up, and she served them instead of me. When it was finally my turn again, she was once again focused on her phone. She eventually acknowledged me but oddly questioned why I was only staying for one night. She then claimed she was giving me 'complimentary' breakfast, which made no sense since I had already paid for a booking that included breakfast. The check-in process here can easily take 1 to 2 hours because the front desk staff is more interested in their phones or chatting than respecting the queue.
Aside from the terrible service, the hotel itself was very clean and the facilities were fine. However, there was a bizarre incident at breakfast. My water bottle leaked and spilled a little water on the table. It was just a minor accident, but no less than eight different waiters and staff members came over to confront me about it, which was incredibly annoying and unnecessary. It was looking I have stolen something or done, some where so much ferious like they really want to eat me for it.
In summary: the staff is highly unprofessional and the customer service is poor, but the rooms are clean and the food is good.

While the location is somewhat distant from Haram, the availability of hourly bus services for pick-up and drop-off greatly enhances convenience and comfort. The area is undergoing development, adding to the beauty of the surroundings, especially for an evening stroll. The services provided were commendable, with Jasim offering exceptional assistance. We highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.
