Really thumbs up for the ryokan experience! Arrived late and the staff was waiting outside in the cold weather identify us immediately, guiding us to a parking lot and helping us to the inn. Explanation was good and they are good with using translation on the phone to make sure we understand. Service excellence! Food was impressive, really good dinner and breakfast in the room! Room is clean and there is an option to go for the outdoor private onsen at an affordable price!

設施：首先！大聲提醒：這個日式單人間衹在陽台上有一個洗手盆，沒有浴室🛀🚽，上廁所要去走道里的公共衞生間 環境：歷史悠久的温泉區，門外有條河很美，山上紅葉賞心悦目。在周圍散步還看到很多傳統小店，隔壁有家小提琴博物館值得一看。酒店周圍也有紅葉，特別陽台外的紅葉映進鏡子的景象讓我忽略了沒廁所的不便 服務：入住時另外收了150日元的温泉費，提供了一件睡衣和一次性用品。酒店的温泉池不大，人也不多。 酒店有車提供定時來回jr倉吉站的接送，一天2趟具體時間看下官網 房間裏很正式地用茶盒盛着茶具，還有當地特產的白兔點心，細節到位

必需給Iwayu的服務人員、還有大廚五星好評。服務不刻意、每一個部份都先幫客人考慮到。餐廳是我近期在日本吃到最驚豔的一次、除了好吃、展示也非常的用心。不只是味覺享受到、視覺也很棒！ 房間非常的大、昭和風、附近的溫泉街小而美、非常有特色。適合想要安靜、遠離城市的渡假！
