The hotel is nicely located, few steps away from the main attractions, hotel has its own parking which is convenient, however the number of places is limited. There are water refill stations on every floor, which is very handy. The breakfast has good variety of products. The swimming pool is on a smaller side and the water is quite cold to our preferences, so it’s mainly for “soaking in cold water” rather then swimming:) the family room for 4 is spacious, beds are comfortable, window sound proofing is not the best.

房間非常大，幾乎是套房大小，梳化床差不多也有1.5-1.8的寬度，睡的很好，房間提供直飲水龍頭，洗澡和廁所分離，很好很方便。酒店提供收費地下車庫，15歐24小時，需要問前台索要車庫進入密碼。酒店位置走到老城區景點約1公里多，步行約20分鐘，不算近但可以接受。附近有家樂福快捷和營業至凌晨1點的快餐店，非常方便。整體性價比出色！

En dehors d’être un hôtel merveilleux, il est merveilleusement entretenu et tenu par des merveilleuses personnes, on s’est occupé de nous d’une façon exceptionnelle et je peux vous dire que ce sont des personnes qui sont vraiment formées à leur métier comme il y en a existe rarement en France, cet hôtel mérite cinq étoiles

Good location near train station in Rouen. Love the hotel which is just next to the Rouen Tower, historical site. Love the sweets and candies and the fruits infused wster which is complimentary. Not forgetting the apples too. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.

Great hotel to stay in Rouen - easy to get from train station (15 min by foot or 5 min by tram). Clean and tidy room, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast - better to book in advance.

Nonostante il nome, la struttura non è propriamente al centro. Soprattutto, il parcheggio è a pagamento anche per i fruitori dell'albergo! La colazione non è male, media, ma registro la mancanza di succhi di frutta, cosa effettivamente incredibile. La stanza è grande e, almeno la mia, aveva la particolarità di avere il water in una apposita stanza, separata dalla stanza da bagno dove c'erano invece lavabo e doccia

Оч.удобный&достойный по своему содержанию отель недалеко от центра города. В целом любезный&клиентоориентированный персонал. Особенно хочется отметить завтраки в формате ”шведский стол”, весьма разнообразные, для Франции довольно неожиданно. Увы, из-за не особой расторопности персонала в данной части возникали перебои как с пополнением продуктов на столе, так и с посудой/приборами

Обычный отель, хорошее расположение, завтраки нормальные, прекрасный персонал
