Ripple yun hotel has great value for money. Furnishing feels modern. Front desk has very helpful and friendly customer service ladies. Cleaning crews do a good job keeping hotel clean, neat and tidy, they are friendly too. Hotel has coffee beans machine in the lobby, so can get freshly ground coffee anytime and breakfast has coffee bean machine too. There are books for browsing in the lobby and various flowers in the lobby at different season. Washer and dryer is available too. I stayed in this hotel many times, would stay here whenever I am in this area.

It’s perfect hotel. Brand new, clean and cozy. Especially the girl Ms. Shao in front desk is so cute and has wonderful service mind. I will stay again when I have chance to visit in this city

Location is closed to the suburbs and you need to call a taxi or drive to anywhere. The room is very clean but service is just so so and sometimes I had to call the front desk a couple times to clean the room. Breakfast is pretty good. Overall its not bad.

出差每次過來都是住這家漢庭，入住體驗很好，前台服務水平高，夏天來的時候空調提前開了冷風，送了冷飲雪糕，冬天來了一進房門就是暖風撲面，前台的提前工作做的非常到位，怕我冷送我姜棗茶，聽我説話嗓子不太好，特意煮了梨湯給我喝，暖暖的很貼心。房間衞生做的好，非常整潔，晚上很安靜，休息很好，餐廳也很棒，吃的種類多，最重要的是新鮮健康，口感很好，胃也舒服

非常滿意的一次出行，從南通機場包車直達酒店，三個人均價50，非常便利。酒店服務好，環境好，房間很大，帶長者和小孩出來非常舒適。

Good location, friendly staff. Hotel is situated in the same building as a mall with supermarket, and a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was good. Shower water pressure a bonus. For the size of the rooms the price is great value. Thrown together facilities. If you're needing a hotel in Rugao on short overnight, its not the worst place to stay. Highlight was a complete stone reception on 4th or 5th floor that isn't used at all. Felt like the shining. There's a Starbucks to shops down turn left from ground floor reception. Grab your coffee and breakfast from there. Trust me...
