This hotel is the best! I would definately stay again. The hotel is in an amazing location, near the square, near the temple and very walkable. The hotel is tucked in to a little garden area and there is a tea room on site. The desk staff are easy to talk to on Wechat and even helped me order some lotion as the Inner Mongolia weather was very drying to my skin. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved this hotel. Inside the room was a table with tea service if you wanted.

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Clean bug room with nice view of city. Receptionist was very helpful giving ideas for what to do. Bed a little hard, but besides this a really nice place.

cheap, simple, clean apartment. There is only room cleaning service available. but reception is very helpful and kind hearted she helped a lot.

昨天醉酒，到單位對面的酒店開鐘點房休息，休息是為了更好的工作，睡了一個上午之後，下午滿血復活，又可以好好乾工作了。 整體酒店還算安靜，設施比較老，但勝在距離公司近，就在單位對面。
