Hồ bơi. Tất cả nhân viên trông dễ chịu và hữu ích. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, phòng tắm hiện đại. Đôi khi có một chút tiếng chuẩn bị sáng sớm nhận thấy vì rất nhiều phòng bao quanh trung tâm với lễ tân ở dưới nhưng sau đó tôi là một người ngủ khá nhẹ!

No where to put large take away containers in the bin.
There was a dental pick in our shower on the towel rail for a few days, the cleaners obviously didn’t see it. I ended up chucking ito it myself.
Freezer in bar fridge didn’t freeze, fridge not real cold either.
I asked for extra quilt and towel - great service with that.
Breakfast great. Coffee really good.
Good parking

GGraeme CoulterStayed overnight on a Friday at H on Mitchell Street in Darwin, CBD and had a really good experience overall. Check in and check out were both quick and hassle free, which made things easy after a long day. The room was clean, well presented, and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked well in the Darwin heat. The TV (Foxtel) was a nice bonus to relax with in the evening. We also had dinner and drinks at the Lizard restaurant, which was a highlight, great atmosphere and an enjoyable meal. Parking is available on site (paid), which is convenient for those driving into the city. Close to Parap for the Saturday morning Laksa from the Markets.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay right in the CBD. Would happily stay again.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is located walking distance to City Center and smith street mall. Even waterfront restaurants and bars are just 15 mins. walk apart. The taxi transfer airport to hotel takes less than 20 minutes.
Friendly reception staff arranged a change of our desired bed configuration upon notice. Rooms are basic but spacious.
Nice restaurant on premises available for lunch, dinner and its where you got the complementary breakfast.
Will stay here again definitely, when in town next time.

TTài khoản kháchPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

RRip RipWas expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season.
The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness.
Hotel restaurant food expensive unless gambling and apparently would have great discount.
Room service was good and value for money.
Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights .
Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..

TTài khoản kháchPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

VVana RamilaUpon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
