got there they have a keypad, pressed numbers and whole device fell on the ground. Used the key behind it. No person managing property. Weeds growing so high had to kick away to get out of our car. paint peeling in total disrepair. Been to motels alt the way to Alabama, Texas, this has to rate one of the worst. Sorry Click Clacks should not count as beds.

The room itself was okay at best. There were exposed wires from popped out outlets, black gunk buildup, and the window by the sink had no curtain, so somebody outside could see everything in the room at all times. Customer service was bad, I called ahead of time to ask about checking in an hour early as I was coming for a wedding and she said yes. So I came in the day of my reservation from several hours away and when I got there I called and she said that they wouldn’t have a room for me until regular check in time, so we had to get ready in a gas station bathroom. Extremely unprofessional and the lady had an attitude with me instead of being properly accommodating.

Property is old, parking lot is busted up, exterior is peeling, windows are filthy, room stinks of stale beer and cigarettes, floor is sticky, trim falling off ceiling. We didn't want to touch anything. We put the key back and drove away. Drove another 75 miles to find a different place to stay.
