Pleaseeeeeee!!!!!!!!
Do not come here in the winter ( idk know summer because I didn’t see air conditioner in the room)
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel Labor in Paris, and I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of future guests.
Non-functioning Shower: The shower in my room was not working. This was a basic expectation for a hotel, and it was incredibly frustrating to have to deal with such an issue.
Rude and Aggressive Staff: The most alarming part of my stay was the behavior of the staff. At 1:30 AM, a staff member yelled at me and kicked me out of the room, even offering to pay for the remaining nights. He raised his hands towards me, which was threatening and disrespectful. His behavior was completely unacceptable, especially towards a female guest.
Room Change at 2 AM: I was forced to change rooms at 2 AM, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. I had four large pieces of luggage that I had to pack and move. This disruption was both unnecessary and inconsiderate.
Noise Disturbance: The room was extremely noisy due to the elevator, and I initially thought there was something wrong with the hotel’s machinery. Additionally, at 2 AM, the neighboring room was disturbingly loud. Most hotels have a quiet policy after midnight, but this hotel clearly does not prioritize guest comfort.
New Room Issues: After we moved to a new room, it was much larger and suited for four people, but the lights didn’t work at all. I had to use my phone flashlight. One of the two heaters was broken, and the weather was cold, which caused my mother to fall ill, and I developed cystitis (which I am receiving treatment for). Despite these issues, I did not approach the front desk, as I was certain I would not receive any help. To make matters worse, on the last night, the room was cleaned and left open. There are no cameras in the hallway, which made me extremely concerned about security. Thankfully, nothing was stolen, but this situation made me feel unsafe.
Unhelpful Front Desk Staff: When I addressed the issues with the front desk, the staff member dismissed my concerns and told me he was not responsible. He told me to speak with the boss, yet I never had the chance to meet this person. I requested the contact details of the manager, but they refused to provide them. If this individual is indeed the manager, he should be resolving issues, not yelling at guests or trying to involve the police at 1:30 AM over a simple shower problem.
Basic Facilities Missing: While some rooms have a coffee machine, others do not, which is a minor detail but still reflects inconsistency in their facilities.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The lack of basic amenities, rude staff, and constant issues throughout my stay made this trip very stressful, especially since I was traveling with my elderly mother.
As someone who works in the hotel industry in Korea and is well-versed in the standards of even three-star hotels, I was shocked by the lack of basic facilities and professionalism at this establishment. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of an apology from any staff member. The front desk employee’s response—saying he couldn’t do anything—was unacceptable. Shouldn’t there be a responsibility to ensure guests’ comfort and safety? Where are the customer rights?
I strongly urge the management to address these serious issues for the sake of future guests.
They ignores the website i booked, Trip.com tried to contact to them but they just ignored us. They don’t give a sh..t.
My whole travel was terrible and I Don to visit to Paris because of this hotel.
