Very basic but very clean hotel near montmartre area. Quiet area, away from busy parts of city. Comfortable clean hotel, good price and much better than the two stars it has, I've stayed in worse 3 star.

В принципе расположение хорошая, близка к центру. Чистый отель, но номер Ооооооочень маленький, как говориться , прямо с кровати сразу в туалет😂 в шкафу висели плечики, от них толку никакого не было. Не держали одежды. Постоянно падали вниз. Персонал дружелюбный

コインランドリーが隣にありそこまで治安も悪くなく、北ノルド駅からバスで一本なので楽チンです。 メトロの駅も比較的近くにあります。 部屋は狭く、窓からの景色は望めません。エレベーターも狭いです。 スーパーやケバブ屋さん等が近くにあり便利です。

Неплохой маленький отель! Комната маленькая, но комфортная. Кондиционера не было, был только вентилятор, приходилось открывать на ночь окно, очень шумно.

Where the hotel was situated was the best. Metro and buss are so close to the hotel. I loved that. Great service. Very simple breakfast so just okey on that

The property was going through a slight renovation but it was fine. The lift is quite small and if you have a big luggage, you have to adjust the luggage into the lift. Nice that it has spiral stairs although the steps were tight. The hallway lights were off at night so that was kinda weird to me but that's fine, I had my mobile phone. The shower is small but works.

The hotel is very good in relation price/quality, Paris is expensive but here you have everything you need. The cleaning in the hotel/room was very good which is very important for me. Also I recommend pay the extra for the breakfast, athough it don't have much variety the price is good. The location is well conected, metro station 3 blocks away and severa buses near by.

Arrived and the room we were given was not cleaned. Given another room that was clean but the hotel was being refurbished and there were wires hanging from the ceiling outside the room Not the hotels fault but it was over 30degC and there was no aircon so don't book this hotel in the summer. Staff were very polite and helpful and I checked out after one day and got a refund on the 3rd night

The room facing the street was extremely noisy almost all night long, at least for Saturday, the day we stayed. It was due to a pizza place/bar next door and we were on the sixth floor. We thought that people might finished their very late dinner, the store might close around midnight, and it would be quiet, but No No No!! It became a bar! They turned up music speaker or something. People talked and sang even louder!! Of course they also smoked a lot and some smoke came up for us to smell. Unfortunately it was quite hot in Paris now. There was no A/C in this room so closing the window was not a feasible option. Terrible night! I couldn't believe that all these residents around this street could stand up such noise in this residential street. Just one restaurant/bar could do such demage! The corridor was under some kind of repainting with masking tapes and floor cover everywhere and a bit of smells. I was surprise that they could sell rooms this way! This hotel is located in an alley closed to metro, bus, and Montmartre. The room and bathroom are small, yet quite clean. There is not much space to put bags and luggages. With elevator.

Lovely small hotel near Montmartre, staff are very handy and helpful, walking location to Moulin Rouge, a lot of amenities around the area, rooms are small but practical.

the hotel people were very friendly but the room and bathroom were very small, no AC, no mirror (only a small one in the bathroom), the towels were clean but very old (grey), they made the bed every day but they never vacuumed the floor, no space to walk or unpack suitcases. I would not go back to this hotel.

Lovely little hotel that has clearly had a make over for the rooms. modern yet simple with comfortable bed and fine bathroom (no amenities - shower cap etc) and no fridge. Staff very nice and more than helpful. Great location to metro - 5mins walk. Shops/restaurants/take aways 3 mins walk. bars down the road and 15 mins walk to livelier spots in Montmartre. 40mins in taxi to Orly airport will be back if they keep the price right!
