Hotel Lucien

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a mouse in the bedroom, and staff were unwilling to help remove the rodent. Finally after 4 hours of running around the hotel, we managed to resolve the issue. Just when we thought our 5 night stay couldn't get any worse, staff would burst into the room without knocking (even when the do not disturb sign was on the door), and were unapologetic when they entered. This happened on about 4 occasions. The aircon in our room was leaking over the carpet and our belongings. On the night we arrived we were left stood in the street in what was a scary and rough area, for 10 minutes, whilst the concierge had disappeared. Then finally, on the last day when checking out, the hotel offered us a 1 nights refund due to the mouse in the hotel room. I am writing this review 2 months (8 weeks) later, and we have had to contact *********** as the hotel will not process a refund. We have tried to ring the hotel but they hang the phone up on us every time. *********** have also tried to make contact, but the hotel are also ignoring their emails and phone calls. Therefore I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL.

This was a quick trip my room the air conditioning wasn’t working they changed my room without me asking to a bigger double room when I’d booked a single staff were so helpful can’t thank them enough

Budget hotel in a great area of Paris, walkable to the Seine, Louvre, Notre Dame the Marais and loads more neighbourhoods. Great restaurants and bars nearby and close to a metro station. Hotel rooms were small but clean, pastries and coffees offered for breakfast. Hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming.

The staff were pleasant, we had a good sized room with a really big comfortable bed and lovely compact ensuite shower. The location was very good too. The croissants and coffee every morning were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Really small (True Parisian style) rooms, but still so cozy! Teeny tiny elevator, but stairs are good for us anyway. Nice surprise with the free croissants & coffee breakfast! Very friendly staff. Would recommend and stay again

Nice little hotel in the city centre of Paris. Room are pretty basic and little bit small, but common standard in Paris. Coffee and croissant offered in the morning which was a nice detail.

I am regularly in Paris (I normally stay at The Hoxton, which is amazing) and wanted something less expensive for a last minute one-night trip, as I just needed a bed and shower. This hotel was perfect. The lobby and lounge area is cool and nicely designed with great coffee. The rooms are fine, the shower was good. It's clean and providing you don't get a tiny room (mine was reasonably sized), it's absolutely perfect for the cost. The other reviews are true - the elevator is minuscule and the local crowd is a little 'unsavory' at night although not unsafe. The location is really excellent and the highlight was the gentleman on the front desk, who was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. I will definitely book here again.

Posizione ottimale per andare ovunque, con tantissime alternative per il pasto serale negli immediati dintorni. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera de luxe con balconcini, davvero deliziosa, con doccia molto ampia. La colazione offerta un must, come il caffè e il té a disposizione. Arredi particolari e stilosi. Personale ipergentile. Consiglio: un piccolo frigo per l'estate
