Hôtel Lucien

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a mouse in the bedroom, and staff were unwilling to help remove the rodent. Finally after 4 hours of running around the hotel, we managed to resolve the issue. Just when we thought our 5 night stay couldn't get any worse, staff would burst into the room without knocking (even when the do not disturb sign was on the door), and were unapologetic when they entered. This happened on about 4 occasions. The aircon in our room was leaking over the carpet and our belongings. On the night we arrived we were left stood in the street in what was a scary and rough area, for 10 minutes, whilst the concierge had disappeared. Then finally, on the last day when checking out, the hotel offered us a 1 nights refund due to the mouse in the hotel room. I am writing this review 2 months (8 weeks) later, and we have had to contact *********** as the hotel will not process a refund. We have tried to ring the hotel but they hang the phone up on us every time. *********** have also tried to make contact, but the hotel are also ignoring their emails and phone calls. Therefore I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL.

Excellent hôtel, super bien situé, en plein centre de Paris, dans un quartier calme. Le personnel est très serviable, les chambres sont propres et bien insonorisées. Heureuse surprise à l'arrivée : le petit déjeuner m'a été offert pendant toute la durée de mon séjour, ce qui n'était absolument pas prévu dans ma réservation. Certes, c'est très basique (boissons froides et chaudes et croissants), mais, quand c'est offert, comment critiquer ? Je garde un très bon souvenir de cet établissement, vraiment !

Hotel piccolo ma accogliente Personale gentile e molto disponibile.Ottima l'opportunità di poter usufruire h24 di the caffè e tisane in un angolo dedicato.Anche la colazione con mini croissant offerta.La metropolitana a 100 metri circa è comodissima per spostarsi.Alla sera la zona si anima con i numerosi locali per cenare .Le camere sono piccole ma con tutto il necessario.Per trascorrere alcuni giorni lo consiglio vivamente.
