We understand that room and shower sizes are important for our guests' comfort, and we are very sorry that these aspects did not align with your needs. While our rooms are designed to maximize space and maintain a cozy atmosphere, we understand that this may not have provided the level of privacy you were looking for. However, we do have bigger rooms such as our Double Delux room or our Suites. Unfortunately, Paul was not able to propose you an upgrade following your partner's request. Regarding the breakfast, we regret that it did not match your taste preferences. We strive to offer a variety of high-quality items that cater to a wide range of guests, and we are sorry that our selection fell short for you. Our small croissants and other small viennoiseries offerings are part of a typical buffet style, aimed at providing a diverse experience, but we’ll certainly take your comments into account as we always look for ways to enhance our breakfast offerings.Note that our colleague's behavior at the breakfast is not acceptable and we will make sure that this situation does not happen again. Our team would have more than happy to help you discover the nice patisserie, bakery and cafes of the hotel's neighborhood. The hotel is located in a vibrant area of the city. While we strive to provide a peaceful experience for our guests, some aspects of the surrounding neighborhood are beyond our control. Best regards
