Giá trị tốt so với giá tiền. Nhân viên rất tốt và thân thiện. Khu vực khá yên tĩnh, gần trạm xe buýt. Phòng khá sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên, máy lạnh không hoạt động và phải đi bộ 10 phút đến ga tàu điện ngầm.

It was nice but in the corner

I stayed at the Westside Arc de Triomphe Hotel in Paris from Oct 29 to Oct 31, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The hotel failed to provide reliable hot water throughout my stay. I encountered intermittent water supply and fluctuating shower temperatures, and from Oct 30 onward, there was no hot water at all. When I brought the issue to the front desk, the response was unsatisfactory. As the hotel was fully booked, I was offered the option to use a shower in another room and then return to mine—a solution that was both inconvenient and impractical. To make matters worse, the problem persisted on my last morning, leaving me deeply frustrated. I expected a higher standard of service from a hotel in this price range and location. This experience significantly impacted my stay, and I hope the management will take steps to ensure such issues are resolved more efficiently in the future. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The downside, rooms are small. However location is great, can’t be better actually - close to the L’arch and the Eiffel Tower! And you have a private swimming pool!

就是我在巴黎訂的第一個酒店，然後我覺得這個酒店的環境是挺不錯的，很適合一個人出遊的時候住，然後我當時買的時候價格也不高，就是唯一美中不足的適當是不去的時候運氣不好，就是沒有沒有熱水可以給我用，但是老闆也説了，可以給我提供第二天的免費早餐以及退回房費的50%作為補償，所以我覺得服務啊，整體的態度都是特別好的，下次如果再有機會的話，我也會再去那個地方住的

服務態度不錯，位置好。客房清潔很不好。洗頭才發現空的洗髮水瓶。淋浴衹有温冷水， 淋浴房超小，胖一點都進不去。 電梯門關半天都關不上。下次不會住了

在市區去哪裡都挺方便 環境還不錯，設施齊全，服務挺好 還會再來入住 如果追求性價比的話完全可以考慮這家噢👌的

太喜歡這間酒店了，乾淨舒適，床品可以和五星酒店比，不知為何我沒有拍床，附近有不少好吃的餐廳，對面有間指甲店，最後一張照片是酒店門口～
