Hotel France D Antin Opera

The hotel itself is small, cozy and welcoming. They offer a nicely-prepared continental breakfast for 9 euros, which is a good way of setting you up for a day walking around the City. Our room was a reasonable size, and it was nice to see that it was cleaned every day. As for location, this place is ideal. We arrived by train from Gare Saint-Lazare - a ten minute walk. The Paris Opera was just up the road. Place Vendome was just around the corner. For the shoppers, Galleries Lafayette were also just round the corner. The Louvre was about fifteen minutes away, as were the Tuileries Gardens. There was a Christmas market in the Tuileries. The Seine was slightly further, as were Notre Dame, Place de la Concorde and the Musée d'Orsay. Still quite a short walk. And when we reluctantly left, the bus to De Gaulle Airport (Roissybus) left from just around the corner. Ideal place to stay in Paris.

Lovely and spacious hotel room 204, great bathroom with bath. Location is excellent and as I was working needed a desk which was nice. Bed was large and comfortable, there was enough room to lounge in too. Good WiFi and very quiet which was a bonus. You can hear your neighbours but it’s bearable. I will use again. Staff very helpful too.

Loved the hotel. The staff were brilliant. Couldn't do enough. Went for my 60th and it was better than any present I could have wished for. Definitely going back. Nice quiet area . Plenty of places to eat nearby.. very close to the opera and galleries Lafayette

Its a fantastic little hotel! Its in a great spot, which we loved, and it was comfortable, clean and the staff were just amazingly helpful and friendly. The rooms are a tad small, but to be honest, they are well appointed and comfortable for what we needed. We stayed a week, and we really enjoyed having this hotel as our home base while we went about a busy tourist schedule. Recommend it if you want to stay in this area, its a great location.

I arrived early and was able to work in the basement for a couple of hours whilst my room was made up and have some coffee. The staff on reception were just so friendly throughout my stay. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The room was small but perfect for me, good shower and comfy bed. Location is perfect to visit central Paris with bus / train / transport close by. Recommend

We cannot recommend Hotel France D'Antin enough. This small boutique style hotel is simply brilliant. It's very clean, quiet and our Superior room was a good size for a Paris hotel. The staff are amazing and made our stay so special, they were so helpful and friendly. A special mention for Louis, Sebastian and Alexandra who made our stay even more perfect, their customer services goes above and beyond. The location is fantastic and only a short walk from The Palais Garnier, The Vendome, Place de la concorde and The Louve, as well as lots of cafés, bars and restaurants. I've worked within the hotel and hospitality industry for over 21 years and this hotel is one of the best. We will definitely be going back without any hesitation.

Spent 3 days in Paris...after the long pandemic period...and it was marvelous to see new places, smell new scents and visit famous sites! Great food in Brasseries and nice small shops and atelier...out of the mainstream... Stayed at the Hotel France d'Antin...living on the top roof, with the view of the romantic Paris palaces. What to say...priceless. Nick

We loved this location. Hotel was perfect for us. Dinner every night was never more than a 5 minute walk. Staff was fantastic. Sebastian, Louis, Alexandria you made our stay terrific! Meeting Carole was a bonus! Thanks for a week of fun!

Like most big cities, Paris isn't exactly famed for its friendly welcome but this hotel breaks the mould. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are faced with the warm and friendly welcome from the staff, that is a real feature of the hotel. The hotel is located near Opera and is a 15 minute walk from the Louvre. Our family room was nicely decorated and had two balconies overlooking the street. Breakfast is served in a small ground floor room by another friendly member of staff. Don't expect a huge buffet - but the continental selection is excellent and the slightly quirky service (will be be offered an egg today or not?), just adds to the charm and personal touch. Highly recommend.
