The location and cleanliness of the hotel were decent. However, the stay was made unpleasant due to the breakfast. The staff promoted the breakfast with different options we could choose from. However, it was not made known on ordering if the option (she proposed) and what we eventually chose were included in the breakfast deal we had with the room. It was only during the check out where we were charged for purchasing the 'ala-carte' options of the breakfast. Hence a caveat for future guests - Clarify what was the entitlement for the breakfast you purchased with your room or risk being slapped with extra charges

We very much enjoyed our stay here and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a boutique vibe and has been recently updated with a cool art deco style. The room was very clean and modern although small. However I noticed there are larger floor plans available and understand rooms are smaller in larger cities. The area was very walkable and close to many attractions as well as metro. Our fondest memory of this stay is related to the hospitality and genuine friendliest of the staff. They made every effort to communicate with us despite our poor attempts to speak the French language.

Pro: Newly renovated hotel with a chic and modern design. Truly love the decor, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff is very welcoming and wonderful. Loved that my room was ready in advance and they allowed me to check in (really) early! Huge points for this. Superior twin room was extremely spacious. Bigger than your average hotel room in Paris. Could easily walk around. Ideally located between 2 metro stops that serve two different metro lines so location is good and transportation was easy. Cons: I wouldn’t consider this 4 star as they did not provide any amenities typical 4 star hotels provide. No coffe/tea machine in the room, no robe, no slippers, no bathroom kit: cotton pads, cotton swabs, hand lotion, mini shampoo etc… This is the only thing missing from this hotel. Also, the location not suitable for families with children as it’s located in the “red lights district” of Paris, so lots of sex shops around.

The staff at the hotel were great, particularly Khaled who assisted us with great recommendations and took care of us during our stay.

The staff were really great, especially Khalid. When we arrived late and the room light weren't working he was very helpful getting us a new room sorted and guving us transport advice. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. However, the metro noise underneath is more than just a rumble. It made the room shake. Combined with shouting from the street through the night- it is in Pigalle after all- we didnt sleep well.

Family of 4 staying for 2 nights. We had a great stay. Métro is 400yds away. The staff were very helpful. Room was great. Would recommend highly

The hotel was newly remodeled, impeccably clean and tastefully designed. I appreciated all the small, little details the hotel provided, like the plate of macarons and customized welcome letter upon arrival, bath robes and slippers provided, and high end bath products in sustainable, refillable bottles. The staff was always pleasant, informative and accommodating to our needs. The only downside we experienced, that I hadn't been aware of, is that the hotel is located near the ******************, on one of the main drag of seedy shops. It didn't feel unsafe, but was something I wish I didn't have my children walk by every day. Merci!

Newly refurbished the hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast service was a bit slow but once arrived it was fresh and delicious. The hotel is just a 3 minute walk to the metro and bus stop (Blanche) as well as Moulin Rouge. It is a 15-20 minute walk up to Sacre-Cœur, our room (a suite) even had a stunning view of it! We would definitely stay here again.
