Black mouldy shower head, mouldy ceiling and grouting in drain smelling tiny bathroom, very hot in summer, noisy banging doors, thin curtains, flashing hotel sign all night, old carpet but comfy beds!

Good location in the 12th district, between two subway stations, Quiet, even open window. My room was overlooking a roof Very small room and bathroom. It would have been great to have a kettle in the room. It was quite pricey for what you get, but I guess it is Parisian standards...

So we had a reservation made with 1 month and half in advanced. 1 week before our arrival the hotel decided to cancel our reservation with any notice. I tried to contact them to discuss this issue and request answers on why did the cancel, but unfortunately they simply don't care about customer service. I got *********** to help us contact them and they got through. The excuse that they had was a total lie. They said that my credit card was invalid. I know this is not true because we paid other reservations with that same CC. I TRULY ADVISE ALL TRAVELERS AND TOURISTS TO AVOID HEADACHES AND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS SO BAD THAT THEY WON'T EVEN BOTHER TO ANSWER THIS REVIEW.

du jamais vu, personnel tres desagreable et insultant. on me dit d'arreter de harceler parce que ils ne sont pas professionnels, moqueurs et parlent mal a la clientèle. A EVITER !!! comment peut on parler a la clientèle de la sorte

Accueil pas aimable du tout, Chambre trop petite, accès douche pas large, paroi de douche qui tombe, support de pomme de douche qui tombe, WC de trois couleurs réparé avec des éléments de récupération, insecte qui se balade dans la très petite salle de bain et tout ça pour 98 € la nuit....😡😡😡

Hôtel à 94€ la nuit !!! Une honte ! J’en ai fait dans Paris et dans des arrondissements pas terribles mais alors là … on arrive la personne est assise dans un canapé dans le hall (je l’avais même pas vu il m’a fait peur) et le reste de l’accueil est flippant. Oubli même de rendre la monnaie. Et la chambre. Du grand standing. On pourrait presque appeler ça « marchand de sommeil ». Salle d’eau spartiate, literie bof, rideaux dégoûtants… et j’en passe. Je n’ai pas l’habitude de dire ça mais fuyez. Il y a bien moins cher, mieux et moins flippant.

L’accueil n’est pas très agréable. Limite si on se fait gueuler dessus par manque de compréhension. Les chambres sont très petites, une seule prise dans la chambre, étant deux en rentrant de concert pas pratique pour charger les téléphones. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit pour dormir, à éviter ! C’est ok pour une nuit mais pas plus.

La réservation n'était pas prise en compte.
15 minutes pour la retrouver.
Chambre exigüe et sdb minuscule.
Tout est vieux.
