the room is extreme small & you have to move your luggage up by stairs to 1st floor for reception. however, the location is perfect with multiple metro lines & plenty of restaurants nearby.

The location is super, nice are with many restaurants and great metro communications, and the Montparnasse train station is just a few meters away.
The rooms is like to most private owned Paris hotel, very tine. We got a Nespresso at the room and bottle in a glass bottle refilled every day.
The reason why I never will come back? The bed! It is so hard, a one made of concrete would be softer, and pillow is also to hard. And I’m a full grown man, I’m not a lightweighter. I slept so bad. The hotel made my trip to a bad one.

A very comfortable small hotel in Montparnasse. Friendly and helpful staff. English spoken. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.
The room (506) was clean and quiet. Serviced daily.
Lots of restaurants and a large supermarket (Monoprix) within two minute walk.
One possible issue - reception is on the first floor and there is no lift, so anyone with disabilities or with heavy luggage might struggle. There is a lift from reception to the other floors.
Overall, it proved to be an excellent base for our five night visit to Paris.

clean room, very good breakfast, excellent service, the room is small but it is expected in such locations.
In order to get to the reception from the street you will need to climb the stairs for 2 floors with the luggage. However the stay was quite good and felt safe to stay there

This my second stay here Hotel du Parc. Both stays have been excellent. Great staff, quiet and great location.

The hotel is perfectly positioned on a quiet side street but steps from restaurants, theatres, and 3 main metro lines. But we walked most places too. The staff are amazingly friendly and our room was clean, and comfy although the shower wall could have had a refresh. But this is a great place to stay when visiting Paris.

The location of the hotel was convenient as we were close to the train station. There were lots of fun restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was clean but very very small. And the stairs to get into the hotel while carrying luggage were steep. No toiletries besides soap were provided.
It’s an ok place to stay for one night but it is a tight squeeze for two people.

Hotel du Parc is a great value! It is only a 5 minute walk from Gare de Montparnasse train station and Metro stop. It is located in the Montparnasse, 14th arrondissement and there are numerous great cafes located across the street and around the corner from the hotel. Hotel du Parc is a clean, renovated, comfortable, AFFORDABLE hotel. The one caveat is that you must be able to climb 2 flights of stair to reach the lobby; there is an elevator from the lobby to all levels of the rooms. The staff is very nice, welcoming, and will ensure your needs are met.

Excellent. Room was small but we didn’t spend much time there. All staff were incredibly helpful , and kind and patient with our language skills. This will be our go to Paris hotel.
