Opulent setting with spacious & beautifully decorated suites. Really magnificent food presentations. Super attentive services. The location is really convenient by the Place Vendôme, within walking distance from the great fun shopping stores and fine dining eateries. For a super luxurious stay, we didn’t feel uptight at all. The atmosphere was still cozy and very pleasant.

As a Hyatt Globalist, I felt that I was being taken care of by all the staffs. At the entrance, staffs will start to take care of your all belongings and you will feel PH’s luxuriousness as soon as you get in. The staffs at the front desk are very kind and they did their best as much as they can to fulfill my expectation. The hotel condition was top-notch. The room condition was perfect and spacious for two of us. I also loved the lobby bar with cozy chairs and atmosphere.

Very good location at Rue de la Paix and close to Place Vendôme The room was very comfortable and up to the Park Hyatt standard The hotel needs a pool in the spa.. Besides that highly recommended We were very well taken care by the staff Highly recommended

My stay was extra ordinary!! Upon check in, Charlotte, the front desk supervisor learned it was my birthday. She sent a cake, champagne and balloons to the room. The next day, my birthday, she sent the hotel candle as a gift to the room. We had also been upgraded to a larger room that was gorgeous. The staff was very kind and always greeted us, helped us with taxi's and really made us feel special.

The Park Hyatt Vendome has the best hospitality and customer service that I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Chloe and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and fully taken care of from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and had champagne and macarons to welcome us for a special celebration. The spa amenities were relaxing at the end of long days on our feet, and again the staff there ensured we were comfortable. The breakfast each morning was incredible, and I’m still dreaming about the coconut crème Super Bowl. We had a few minor hiccups and Chloe and Lucas worked quickly to go above and beyond to resolve it. Gil, the concierge helped to get us Notre Dame reservations, and a few others helped to make dinner reservations. I could not be more grateful to the entire team for truly making this a dream stay. I cannot wait to return! Merci beaucoup!

My new favorite hotel in Paris. The location is unbearable. The concierge helped us secure a last-minute reservation at a fantastic restaurant. The entire staff went above and beyond. And the Globalist breakfast is OUTSTANDING! Would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly to all couples.

Stella head of food hospitality was very kind and helpful. Honestly, your entire staff was amazing from beginning to end of our 5 night stay. We were greeted personally by Chloe, your guest relations manager, at check in. All 3 of our rooms were introduced by your check in staff. I am sorry that I do not remember more of the names of your staff members. So much old world hospitality. Your cleaning staff is amazing. We did not meet them, but when we came in after a long day of sight seeing, our rooms were thoroughly clean and comfortable. Thank you for helping our children fall in love with Paris.

The PH Vendome was an amazing stay. We stayed here 10 years ago and it is still special. We had a friendly welcome from the guest relation manager and she extended a nice upgrade for our stay. The suite was stunning. The space was luxurious but very comfortable and had all the modern tech. It was a wonderful treat. The location of the PH is very central for us. It is near a couple of metro stations so super convenient to get around Paris. The PH breakfast still was very good though not as on point as we remembered. The restaurant Pur recently changed their menu and the new service is more casual though still excellent and worth a visit. The gym is small but the spa area was recently remodeled. I don't think they can do too much with the space but it was not too crowded so it's fine for a work out. Overall, the PH Vendome is still a great treat when you are staying in Paris.

We recently stayed at the Park Hyatt in Paris using points through the World of Hyatt Program. I was able to book 3 nights and was also able to apply one of my Suite Upgrades. I have been to 14 Park Hyatt hotels around the world and this is clearly in the conversation as one of the best. Everything about the hotel was 5 stars which included the location, staff, food, and room quality. As a globalist we enjoyed a free breakfast which was excellent. It is very clear that the staff has been trained to elevate each guests experience to the highest level. Congratulations to the management who has found a team of employees that understand and deliver a very high level of service. Some research shows that had I not used points the cost of the stay would have been about $8000 US dollars. One must weigh the value proposition of spending that kind of money for a 3 nights stay. The value of the Hyatt points used in conjunction with the suite upgrade cannot be understated.
