The Room Was Amazing and Big. Love all the amenities and absolutely comforting.
Hotel 5* clásico muy bien ubicado, a menos de 10 minuto del Museo del Louvre.

Absolutely a 5 star hotel with all of the amenties you might excepect. I arrived by Eurorail @ the GareduNord Staion & was colldected by a top notch driver named Andrei Lega with whom I could not have had better guide assistance with. I arrived on one of the 4 fashion days in Paris & models in hautre couture gowns were everywhere with photographers sawrming all around them. One of my main reasons for going to Paris was to see the Garnierpera House built by Garnier & was able to get a ticket for a group tour thanks to Marko @ the Concierge desk & was able to check in within 20 minutes even though mist hotels don't allow for an early check in & received a beautiful room with a sunny view away from traffic noise. 5 stars overall for everyone who works here from bellman to manager.

We stayed for one night and company booked it for us during Paris Fashion Week so hotel was busy. We had three attempts to check in and eventually gave up, hit the town and came back at 6.30 pm as we were fed up hearing that room was not ready after guaranteed 3 pm. Yet when we asked for late checkout next morning - they just offered 30 min. So it can only work one way… they will shorten your stay at check in but won’t extend your checkout. The hotel main areas are grand but rooms are more of an imitation furniture vibe and in my view not worth steep price point. I would rather stay in Presidential Suite in four star hotel with all the space and extras than book double here as the rooms do not much up. Yes bathroom is marble and there are two washing basins, there are some Sisley cosmetics to try which is handy but it just did not wow me. Beware - bathtub is really deep which could be problematic with people with mobility issues. Plus there were annoying bits like shower over bath which was flooding the bathroom and no sockets by the bedsite tables. It was nice but I value comfort of the room over grandeur of lobby. Lady who showed us to the room asked if we need maid to unpack our suitcases which we politely declined but I thought that could save somebody some time and effort. They were also performing decent downturn service with moving slippers next to your bed and switching on the lamps. It was quiet at night. You can open windows. Aircon works as well. We were also invited for lunch there. The prices were very high and I would expect amazing food for that but it really was average, I had much better food in many other places in France, nowhere near this price point. Breakfast choice was really limited and nothing to write home about. Overall lobby and restaurant areas are beautiful, with loads of history and character but it is just nice to look at. Actual experience is average. They really shoild do more to justify the prices.

Spent 300+ euros for a breakfast of 5 persons, but we were annoyed with how their restaurant manager (guy with dark hair in grey suit) treated us. His other colleagues (indian girl and other caucasion guy) were more helpful to us, 5 stars to them. While I was ordering, I asked him for omelette topping recommendations, his reply was "well that is up to you!" I wanted his opinion on popular toppings other people found delicious, was that a stupid question? The Cedric Grolet croissant wasn't worth the price. Serving was substantial but you're really paying for the ambiance. We had much better service in cheaper restaurants, to be honest.

Unacceptable snobbery and disinterest. Addressed my issues with the manager who clearly did not care. I won't return and advise you to go where you are appreciated. They clearly feel they are in no need to service... There are so many other high-end hotels to spend your money.

Sometimes luxury isn't about marble floors or chandeliers, but about feeling completely at ease. This place nailed that perfect sweet spot between upscale and comfortable. The breakfast spread was consistently impressive, the housekeeping was invisible yet impeccable, and every staff member we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there. It showed in their service.

well well well, looks like i've found my new home away from home. this joint's got everything a gal could want - comfy bed, decent shower pressure (hallelujah!), and a bar that knows how to make a proper martini. staff didn't bat an eye when i rolled in at 3am (don't judge, i'm on vacation). breakfast sorted out my hangover nicely. location's pretty sweet too - stumbling dista

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and recently returned for breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The service here has never been the warmest but especially today does not compare well to the newer 5 star hotels that do a better job with hospitality. Our breakfast service was abysmal with the waiter neglecting to describe basic things on the menu. We had to specify that we wanted all the items on the American menu - if I wanted a la carte I would have ordered a la carte! The overall experience did not feel like a 5 star hotels. Our savory and sweet breakfast items were mediocre. I had to specify that I did want syrup served with the crepes (who orders plain crepes with no accompaniments?). Yogurt came in a packaged container. Croissant was good but had a bit of a burnt bottom. On a good note, the hot chocolate was exceptional. I don’t mind paying for a good meal but this was a waste of time and money. Would I return - definitely no.

Stepping into this historic hotel was like traveling back in time. The carefully preserved architecture and antique furnishings created an atmosphere of old-world charm. Yet, modern amenities ensured a comfortable stay. The guided tour of the property was fascinating, and the afternoon tea in the grand salon was a delightful experience. A must-visit for history buffs!

We stayed here in August ‘23. The hotel was flawless. We stayed for a few nights at the tail end of a longer trip before returning home. The bar and front desk staff were great. breakfast was amazing, obviously the location is unbeatable, and the hotel itself is stunning. They had an anniversary cake waiting for us in the room which was a welcome touch. The concierge assisted us with multiple reservations, and having a car pick us up in Normandy due to Olympic related road closures. Our plan was to try all the 5 star hotels in Paris but we are stopping here. It’s luxe without being over the top and not a gigantic hotel. We are skipping visiting family in france this year because of the Olympics but will be back in ‘25!

We had a fantastic fine dining experience here! Every entrèe was delicious and the Madagascar vanilla pod was unforgettable!! I was impressed by the staffs attention to detail. We felt like we were in the movie Beauty and the Beast during the Be our Guest song! Our two children received cute puppy stuffies at the end of the meal. That was so cute!! Thank you for the awesome service!! Thank you for making our trip to France memorable!
