We stayed here in August ‘23. The hotel was flawless. We stayed for a few nights at the tail end of a longer trip before returning home. The bar and front desk staff were great. breakfast was amazing, obviously the location is unbeatable, and the hotel itself is stunning. They had an anniversary cake waiting for us in the room which was a welcome touch. The concierge assisted us with multiple reservations, and having a car pick us up in Normandy due to Olympic related road closures. Our plan was to try all the 5 star hotels in Paris but we are stopping here. It’s luxe without being over the top and not a gigantic hotel. We are skipping visiting family in france this year because of the Olympics but will be back in ‘25!

The atmosphere here is quintessentially Parisian. It is opulent, elegant, and the perfect spot for a special occasion brunch. Live piano and the decor make it extremely luxurious. The staff went out of their way to make it special for us. They no longer do the buffet brunch and they've replaced it with a prix fixe menu with choices for your main. Our experience was great, but if you remember the buffet brunch, it's definitely different now. Getting the experience of trying an assortment of Cedric Grolet's pastries all in one location (and without having to wait on line) was the highlight of the experience. The baba rhum, featuring Cuban rum, was the BEST I've ever had! Don't miss the ice/snow wall at the entrance by the hostess stand!

Went for 2 days business trip, stayed in a suite and overall nice hotel but not uau factor. The suite was nice, breakfast nice but not amazing. I was expecting a palace feeling and service but it’s just another 5 stars in the capital, for the price I would stay in other places in Paris.

I ate in the restaurant on the 17th of July , staff at first contact were pleasant, served me my meal and wine, after that I was ignored, no staff came to ask if my meal was ok, and if I require anything else. I felt as I was a lone female that I did not matter, the bar and restaurant were not very busy at the time of my visit. Lots of staff standing around chatting to each other, I had go to staff to request my bill and when I mentioned my disappointment with the service I received, i was met with indifference by a member of the staff who appeared to be quite senior. Would not recommend.

Perfect. Enchanting. You really must stay at this hotel. We came for the Olympics and the rest of Paris was crazy busy, but Le Meurice's excellent staff meant we always felt attended to and never waited for anything. (Well, we did wait for a few minutes when the elevators were off limits due to secret service people protecting Dr. Jill Biden and Madame Macron, who met for lunch at the hotel. Le Meurice staff handled this well, instantly offering drinks to guests, and the elevators were only closed briefly.) The rooms were elegant, spacious and wonderfully quiet (sound proof? We never heard other guests). Opt for the included breakfast (in the gorgeous Alain Ducasse restaurant!) and your taste buds will thank you. Easy walk to the Louvre, Petit Palais, or the Hermes flagship store. We can't wait to return.

This hotel is a jewel. The hotel is gorgeous--like going back to 18th century pre-revolutionary France, with some playful modern art touches. But you can see the fineness and elegance in the photos; what you can't see is the warm small-hotel spirit. In the 8 nights we were there, we had very positive experiences with every single person we encountered. I was using a rented wheelchair and all the staff was so kind and helpful about it. There is a generous spirit about the hotel--they really do seem to just want to make guests happy. We had "American breakfast" included and we were so surprised and pleased we could order as many things as we wanted on the breakfast menu since even five star hotels usually confine your choices (for example you can have either crepes or eggs, but not both) and they were willing to serve it in room if we preferred with no extra charge. And the food is fantastic--not like an American breakfast at all. The fancy dinner is amazing, but we loved the casual restaurant, Le Dali, as well. It has a perfect location and you can walk across the street to the beautiful gardens and the Louvre. It is, truly, one of the very most lovely hotels we have ever stayed in. I went with my teenage daughter, but it seems like a very romantic hotel for a couple as well. Absolutely enchanting.

The updates done recently bring the hotel to the top of line place. Service is flawless, room is luxurious, and very quiet. Mattress very comfortable, and food is excellent. If you want to treat yourself... that is the place. One of the best palace in paris for sure!
