I checked in very late to the hotel about midnight. There was huge amount of road work in front of the hotel which made it very difficult to sleep because my room was given on the first floor. I requested them to see if you can move me upstairs but wasn’t supported maybe due to no roos available. in the morning when I reach for breakfast about 9:25 am there was no cereal bowl there was no cereal there was no milk,There was no juice and There’s no glass for juice. when I requested staff member, I heard something unexpected - You know the breakfast starts at 7 finishes at 10 so we are towards the end of it. I said but it is still more than half an hour to 10. I don’t know how they had audacity to say in this way to a customer when they are at fault. I didn’t like the service aspect at all and I would never prefer to stay in this hotel again or suggest to others. I just spent day for a business trip wanted a peaceful night and peaceful morning and some basic food. All of which seem to be, but in scarcity here !

Our room was beautiful but the hotel reception staff lacked respect and organisation, one morning for breakfast none of the electric appliances worked Catering lady was very helpful and keen. Lift stopped working one morning and when asked receptionist said don’t know when it’ll be foxed might take more than 30 minutes so we had to climb 13 floors of stairs to get to our room which was not nice at all.

Excellent room and location in la defense. Only bad thing is they don't clean the rooms during your stay.

- 地點算是頗方便的，接近大站 - 附近有不少餐廳 -酒店自助早餐選擇較少 對16€的價錢來說性價比低 -房間頗大，格局不錯，有廚房，足夠3-4人住宿 - 如果有洗衣機就對我來說十全十美 -很多蚊子

L'accueil de 13h à mon arrivée était froid pas un sourire j'ai dû attendre 2h à l'extérieur car la chambre était prête pour 15h je suis rentrée dans la chambre vers 15h10 quand on fait un long voyage et qu'on est fatigués on aimerait avoir un sourire et pas vous revenez vers 15h, dommage car l'accueil pour mon départ le monsieur était très sympa et souriant, je ne pense pas que je reviendrai, pas de bouilloire ni sachets de thé, pour le prix je m'attendais à mieux

This was a convenient location for me as I was in Paris for a work trip at La Defense, a short walk away. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, and although I didn't need the kitchen, I can see it being useful for people staying longer than I did. The decor was basic and a bit dated, so it's not the best option if you're looking for luxury or comfort. I didn't sample the breakfast, but there are also other options within walking distance if needed. I had a room on the street side of the hotel, with a balcony but I wasn't disturbed by the noise at all, and appreciated the view across to the city, although the Eiffel Tower was just out of sight. The bedroom got a little stuffy and the sliding door on the wardrobe was jammed, but as I was only staying 2 nights it wasn't an issue. I wouldn't rush back out of choice, but it did the job.

Such a pleasant and helpful staff, clean place and fairly priced. It’s definitely a great place to stay and feel at home!

Parfait, notre studio était propre et le hall de l'hotel également. On peut acheter des plats préparés et des boissons à la réception. Il y a également un espace détente avec des livres adultes/enfants. Dans l'appartement, il y a des draps, une machine à café, un sèche-cheveux, une planche et un fer à repasser, un kit d'hygiène pour la cuisine.la kitchenette est tres bien équipée et propre. Acceuil cordial et efficace à la réception. Parking payant disponible. Seule précision: dans les appartements pour 4 personnes, il y a un lit double (avec la sdb à côté) et un canapé-lit. Les deux espaces ne sont pas séparés par une porte classiques mais bien par une grande porte coulissante. Pour une famille avec enfants c'est parfait mais c'est à prendre en compte si on voyage avec un autre couple d'amis.

Appartement pour 4 personnes fonctionnel et bien équipé. La chambre qui se ferme est un plus pour les enfants qui s’endorment avant les parents ! La literie de la chambre est très confortable. La literie du canapé transformable est également très correcte. La kitchenette est petite mais fonctionnelle. Elle offre le confort d’un petit coin repas assez pratique. La vaisselle était propre et des capsules Nescafe étaient à disposition. La salle de bain est petite mais propre. Les wc séparés sont appréciables. L’environnement de l’hôtel est sécurisé, il y a une boulangerie au pied d’immeuble et plusieurs resto/snack à proximité. Le personnel d’accueil du soir et du matin était serviable et sympathique. L’hôtel est situé à 10min à pied du métro ligne 1.
