Cơ sở vật chất tương đối mới và đáp ứng được các nhu cầu cơ bản. Gần ga tàu điện ngầm, thuận tiện đi lại. Có máy lạnh và bếp nhỏ, ngoại trừ mùi trứng luộc trong phòng, mọi thứ còn lại đều khá tốt.

Great hotel with clean rooms and fantastic staff! Everyone was friendly and quick to help, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Xin chào, tôi đã ở 9 ngày trong căn hộ/khách sạn của bạn và để được 3 sao thì sẽ phải hạ xuống vì tôi đã đến quầy lễ tân 4 lần và tôi đã hỏi 3 cô dọn dẹp khi nào việc này sẽ được thực hiện và câu trả lời được cho là "ngày mai"! ! Chắc chắn là một căn hộ / khách sạn khi ở trong phòng chúng tôi vẫn bảo trì nhưng tôi nghĩ rằng đối với 3 sao thì ít nhất 2 hoặc 3 ngày một lần phải tiến hành tổng dọn dẹp các phòng đã có người ở. Cũng biết mình để tay cầm ở bên ngoài, cảm ơn bạn đã dọn phòng nhưng mình nghĩ nó chẳng có tác dụng gì. Tôi thực sự không khuyên bạn nên nó chút nào.!!!

Nhận phòng nhanh, phòng có bếp nhỏ tiện dụng nếu cơ bản. Trang trí trang nhã, vòi sen lớn, giường ngủ rất thoải mái, màn hình TV hướng ra giường. Giá hợp lý cho Paris. Có thành phố Carrefour cách Porte d'Italie 10 phút, thuận tiện. Cách âm siêu tốt. Khoản tiền gửi 200 € hơi khó chịu một chút nhưng nó sẽ quay trở lại tài khoản vào ngày sau khi Thanh toán.

I selected the All Suites Appart because of living space, location, price, restaurant, bar and price. There were no reviews at the time that I could find, seemed to be new property. The living space in the suite we chose was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and seemed willing to help. The morning breakfast was good. But the table/chairs for work or eating were very uncomfortable. The couch was comfortable but there was no table near it to set something on. The worse thing about the place was the very inadequate lighting in the area. The bathroom had a nice main light but a little dim bulb to the right of the sink. You could not turn off the light over the bed unless you also turned off the light over the couch. There wasn't enough outlets and those there weren't placed where we needed them. There was a laundry room, but no tables or trash can in the room. I did not understand that suite cleaning would be once each week. While this can work, the very small trash cans don't support this and one set of bath towels just isn't enough. The restaurant and bar was only opened 5 nights a week. The small kitchen did not have a wine opener (in Paris!!) and the bar would open your bottle of wine, but don't know what was done the evenings the bar wasn't open. The few evenings we ate at the restaurant, while the menu was small, the food was very good. It was a short block and half to the subway stop. The area had a couple nice restaurants and small grocery stores and a pharmacy. We felt safe if it was dark when we walked back. If I am fortunate enough to go back to Paris, I would look for something more comfortable.
