The Hermosa Inn

Pre-Arrival questions were responded to and answered thoroughly with warmth and patience by Deanna Hill. This was a Father's Day outing for me and my husband. We have stayed in many other places of various price ranges in the US and out of the US., but was surprised that a place of this standing would have so many below-standard things. (1)Bath towels rolled up and placed on the floor on either side of the bed serving as "floor mats" was unsightly and dangerous. (2) The refrigerator which shared a space with the closet was located in the BATHROOM instead of in the living area and felt a bit unsanitary to us. The space in the credenza where the Coffeemaker is located is much better suited. for the fridge(3) MW was promised when our reservation was made but was not in the room upon arrival. Upon request, it was delivered within minutes by a non-English speaking, young man who arrived with the MW in his arms. Once in the door, he headed to the BATHROOM to place the MW on the counter above the fridge, but fortunately, there was no electrical outlet so it was placed on the table next to a lamp in the living area. (4) QUIETNESS of room... loud cooing and cawing of birds 24/7 outside on NON-PRIVATE patio. Supply of towels was plentiful, very soft and very white!! Comfortable bed with very clean bedding. The bathroom was clean with sufficient amenities. Beautifully landscaped grounds in this hideaway hotel. We were on a staycation so prices were discounted, but still expensive for the accommodations, so can't imagine paying full price for this setup. Lon's restaurant: Food and service above par. About $70-$80 p/person w/o drinks but well worth the price.

The Hermosa Inn is an incredibly peaceful, beautiful place with authentic Arizona history, excellent food, amazing staff, and an exquisite setting. It is the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation.

If you’re a local and go to Lon’s for any meal you know how nice the property is! We decided on a quick getaway and stayed for a night. What a great and fun time! I recommend doing a staycation before the migration is back! No long drive home or flights just a very nice property to visit! Ride the bikes and chill!

Beautiful boutique hotel. We are AZ locals so we received a special rate to visit during the hot summer months. We enjoyed the pool that is open 24 hours. Looking forward to going back during the cooler months and sitting by the fire pits and relaxing in the hot tubs.

A lovely resort, with beautiful landscaping and an amazing restaurant LON's. Staff were all very kind & helpful.

This was a staycation, it was a well balanced stay of relaxation and ambience. We were able to unwind and enjoy great food. We will return again next year

We just returned from a stay at Hermosa Inn and I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service we received. From our arrival with an attentive valet service through our departure ending with the same, everything was amazing. Check-in was a breeze with courteous and helpful staff. Our casita was a short easy stroll through beautiful landscape and a welcomed paradise. The interior was perfectly appointed, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Bed and bath linens were also on point. Whether dining at Lon’s for a more upscale experience or opting for Lon’s Last Drop when casual is preferred, you will not be disappointed. With an extensive wine list, divine cocktails and phenomenal food, neither should be missed while staying at the Hermosa Inn. We want to extend our gratitude and pleasure to everyone we encountered during our stay and congratulate you on your exceptional customer service. We chose small, charming and intimate for a reason and look forward to our return.

We enjoyed our recent first-time stay at the Hermosa Inn. We had a large separate sitting room and bedroom. Some positives: Lovely grounds Quiet - no large convention/meeting groups (except for one gang of friends at the pool one afternoon !) Decor is what I would call "upscale rustic" Housekeeping was very good. Room was clean and in good condition. Enjoyed several meals at Lon's. Pricey for sure but food quality and service were very good. Car valet service was very prompt and courteous A few negatives: Although the bathroom was very large it was missing some practical features according to my wife. (We've encountered this with many hotel bathrooms). There was a door to an adjacent room and we did hear some noise from that but fortunately the door was in the sitting room area and not our bedroom so it didn't interfere with sleep.
