Insufficient professionalism with customer service and maintenance of the hotel. Defiantly not a 4-star hotel but more like a 2 or a 3-star hotel. Ivan and Anna made poor excuses for their lack of knowledge in customer service and understanding of running a reception desk. The manager assaulted me by pulling very hard on my shoulder to turn me around which left bruising for a few days afterwards. The manager’s behaviour was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and lacking people skills. He was intolerant and contemptuous of most of our conversation. The manager was smoking in a none smoking section of the lobby as seen in the attached photos. Below are some of the problems that we encountered during our stay. - Not allowed to flush toilet paper. - Toilets making loud noises. - Air-conditions not working. - Dirty towels. - Uncleaned bathroom sink. - No extra body wash, just shampoo. - Doors left opened from housekeeping. - Curtains unhooked and looking tacky. - Beds not made. - Hole in bathroom wall where pipes came through. - Broken lamp shades. - Leaking walls after rain (very smelly). - Mould on top of the apple juice (two mornings in a row). - Spa never opened. - No air-conditioning or air flow in the basement games room. - Uncleaned stairs (found a chill on the first day and still on the same step when we left a week later) - Uncleaned lobby door. - Power went out in the room due to a tripped circuit braker.
