Điểm trừ duy nhất là chúng tôi phải tự mang hành lý vì không có xe đẩy/nhân viên khuân vác hành lý, và vì khu nghỉ dưỡng rất rộng nên hơi bất tiện một chút, nhưng nhìn chung chúng tôi vẫn rất thích kỳ nghỉ ở đây!"

"⭐️ 1/5 | A Very Disappointing Stay I rarely write such long reviews, but this experience was truly one of the most disappointing resort stays I've ever had. The problems started even before our arrival. The day before check-in, I had already informed the resort that we would arrive at the jetty before 12:30 PM, but they completely ignored my messages. The next day, we arrived at the jetty at 11:45 AM. I called multiple times, but no one answered. Eventually, staff messaged us back, saying that a boat wouldn't pick us up until 1:30 PM. This meant we had to wait at the jetty for nearly two hours in the scorching heat. Later, I called customer service, and someone finally answered. He apologized and admitted that he had forgotten to reply to my messages. As an apology, he offered us a late checkout at 3:00 PM the next day. At the time, I thought this was a good compensation, but after checking in, I understood why they could so easily agree to a 3:00 PM checkout. Because the boat ride from the island to the jetty is actually only about 8 minutes. Despite knowing we were waiting at the jetty, they were unwilling to arrange an earlier pick-up, leaving us to wait pointlessly in the heat until 1:30 PM. Upon arriving at the resort, we were also charged an additional RM75 for meals, which supposedly included lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. The problem was that lunch service had already ended by the time we arrived, so there was no lunch to eat, but they still charged us the full RM75. The staff simply told us that they could compensate us the next afternoon. The afternoon tea was even more disappointing, with only fried bananas and cassava, which was very basic. Dinner was acceptable, but breakfast was even more exasperating. Breakfast was supposed to start at 8:00 AM, but we had to wait until around 8:20 AM before we could eat. Since the resort's power would shut off daily at 9:00 AM, we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast slowly. We had to rush through it, then hurry back to our room to pack our belongings. And breakfast itself was very simple, with only eggs, bread, and pancakes. I asked the staff if there were other options, like fried noodles, and they told me no, citing a shortage of staff. But later, when I passed by the kitchen on my way to the restroom, I saw the chef stir-frying noodles. It turns out there *were* fried noodles, but they were being cooked for the staff themselves. Room hygiene was also a major issue. Shortly after checking in and getting some rest, my neck and shoulders started to itch significantly and developed red rashes. My wife's condition was even worse, with noticeable itching and redness on her legs and hands. We even had to see a dermatologist after returning home. I can't pinpoint the exact cause of these skin problems, but based on what happened after checking in, we were indeed very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bedding and the overall room. At the very least, this is something we've never encountered during stays at other hotels or resorts. And then there was the accommodation aspect, which was something I had never encountered before and was not disclosed in advance during booking. The resort's electricity is only supplied from 2:00 PM until 9:00 AM the next day. Yes, you read that right. This means that after 9:00 AM, there is no electricity in the room. This is when I finally understood why they could so easily agree to a 3:00 PM late checkout. Because after 9:00 AM, without electricity, the room becomes very dark and extremely hot. The room was like a microwave oven; the air circulation was terrible, making it impossible to stay in for more than 10 minutes. Such crucial information should be clearly communicated by the resort before guests make a booking, instead of guests discovering it only after checking in. To be fair, the staff were all very friendly, and the beach was indeed beautiful. However, apart from the staff and the beach, every other aspect of the experience was extremely poor. Delayed communication, making guests wait for nearly two hours in the heat, charging for lunch that wasn't provided, extremely basic afternoon tea and breakfast, delayed breakfast service, concerning room hygiene, developing skin itching and redness after checking in, not disclosing the daily power supply schedule in advance, and the extremely hot room environment after power cuts all contributed to a terrible stay. I hope the resort can seriously address these issues and clearly inform guests of all important limitations and actual conditions before booking, allowing guests to decide for themselves whether to accept them. Based on this experience, I personally will not return and will not recommend it to others."

"The hotel only has a few villas and no guest rooms, so there are not many people in the entire resort. My family lives in a pool villa, and a little further from the pool is the beach. It was very comfortable to sit on the beach bed outside and look at the sea view. The hotel provides three meals a day, but the quality is quite good, and dinner is different every day. There are coconut trees planted in the hotel, and we packed fresh coconut juice back to the room for free every day to drink, basically drinking it as water. The hotel is on the edge of Tiga Island, but my phone did not receive a signal. It may be a phone card problem, so I can only rely on the hotel WiFi to access the Internet. However, there is no WiFi signal in the villa. Only the lobby, restaurant, and pool bar can provide it. Basically You can get away from the hustle and bustle and have a peaceful vacation. The pier where the hotel shuttle boat is located is relatively far from Kota Kinabalu City. Our family chartered a car and took about two hours. There is a section of road in the middle that is still under construction and the road condition is relatively poor. The shuttle boat is parked at the pier of the nature reserve patrol team. After arriving, talk to the hotel manager to arrange for an early boat pick-up."
