Hotel is a little dated but flea and comfy. Limited menu Poor coffee !

Good service provided, Perfectly positioned for what we needed. A really great hotel and great value for our purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr varun . Room was nicely furnished and although compact was well appointed and had plenty of luggage space. Breakfasts were delicious too, good range and freshly prepared.

Loved the hotel. Rooms were very efficient and used the space extremely well. Great housekeeping support for towels and paper goods as needed. The breakfast and evening socials were outstanding. Front desk staff were warm and accommodating.would definitely stay here again.

The staff was welcoming from the moment I arrived, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The level of attention to detail and the willingness to accommodate special requests really stood out. Whether I needed dining recommendations or extra amenities, the team was always prompt and helpful. I left feeling well taken care of and impressed by the level of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stay in panipat city.

We visited this property in January 2025& stayed here for one night. This is really nice hotel, for family traveller. The rooms are really specious for family of 2 +1. Toilets are very clean with good toilet Kit. The Front office staff & Mr. Varun is very co-operative. we will surely recommend staying here with family or friends.

Seedy interiors seems to be secaying very filthy under the bed poor ac but courteous staff cannot justify the rate

Best hotel for stay in panipat, excellent staff. Would recommend this to everyone. Front office staff specially Varun and ravinder at reception were prompt to attend. Breakfast was also excellent. All the best to days hotel team. Cheers.. !!

Room smelling bad lobby ac not working driver room not available breakfast not served properly

Very horrible service of hotal. Too much noise pollution is there property is very costly & service is very horrible.

The property is surrounded with marriage halls on all sides, it's not possible to have a decent night's sleep in this hotel. No sound proofing, insulation! nothing is there. We booked for some guests, they couldn't fall asleep till 3. 30 in the morning.

The property was neat and clean. The breakfast options were good too with a good mix of veg and non veg options. The room was spacious.

Decent property, ok service, satisfactory food. Can further improve. Checkin and rooms needs to be more smoother. Restaurant food has been satisfactory so as service, Garden area is well maintained and staff like Guards, Driver , Horticulture, Housekeeping is very good and prompt. In any hotel staff plays important role.

Hello to all readers and to all staff @ Trip. season's Greetings ! Merry XMas and Happy New Year. This was my 4th or 5th stay..... I can't remember. Lovely room with all facilities. I did pre-pay £150 , before check in. The check out bill was approx £180. The best hotel in Panipat. I have reviewed this hotel quite a few times. You all can read , when you have spare time. I wish to thank everyone working here. Thanks to Mr Ramneet jee, Mr Naresh jee, Mr Shubham jee , Mr Sukreempaal jee, Mr Mohan jee and Mr Sandip jee.
