Hotel is a great place for a weekend getaway. One can relax and enjoy the stay with friends. The services were up to the mark and the staff was polite. Food was very good. Comfortable room with decent amenities. Safe and secure environment. Had a great time! Short and memorable stay!

**** Privacy issues**** Horrible experience, please choose wisely before choosing your stay here.. we got a room which has a door partition to the next room, throughout our stay we could not talk in the room as there is no privacy. Even if the other person in another room coughed, we could hear it, if they chose to light a cigarette we could smell it in our room. The whole time the staff could only apologize but did not do anything. I would not expect this from a hotel where I had to pay even 3k for a night, forget about the high premium 8-9k they charge for a night.. Not worth it at all, trust me, get a better place to stay, cuz privacy is a basic human necessity irrespective Sharing some pics for reference how the main door looks and the partition door

Room service very bad cal ka koi response nhi hota h aap 4 bar ek hi chiz k liye cal kro service nhi milta h or 2 days me main Jo bhi service manga bar bar cal kr k bhi to nhi mila room service boht khrb h or main waha complain bhi kiya phir bhi ye log response nhi dete h bol k koi faida nhi h family k sath koi enjoy krega ya mood khrab ye aap ki choice h ye mera experience tha

The service at Basilica is excellent. Mr. Matin ji is super courteous, polite and an amazing Manager. Very impressive person. The hotel is a must visit for everyone travelling to Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar. It has a bountiful of amenities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sports and Indoor games room. The food is also finger licking good and available 24*7. Overall, we had a mesmerizing stay and the staff is definitely praiseworthy. Thank you for hosting us!

Excellent could be small word, this hotel is amazing! If one plan to go to Panchgani, should not consider to book any other hotel... Lovely location, best hospitality by team and owner him self. Awesome food, great ambiance and service ! We visited 7 times in last 5 years.

we stay in this hotel 22nd may 2023 hotel is good but no view we stay in royal suite its very big 2 rooms wih seating septate and jacuzi on terrace separate.i found there are majority of muslim peoples in this hotel thats why my family not like the place and charges are higher not value for money there are so many other hotel and resorts in mahabaleshwar they are much better option

Very good service staff are very good and supportive. Resort is very good and there is also activities like bad Minton swimming pool and basket ball . Food is also good and tasty . Love the resort and the way is maintained.

We visited Basilica for our family getaway and it was a delightful experience. The room and clean and spacious. The staff is cooperative and sweet. Mr. Yusuf Kapadia, the manager at Basilica is very helpful and courteous. The pool is decent and clean with a fun water slide! They also have a functional gym for fitness freaks at the resort. Their in-house restaurant Ustaadi and Cafe Basilica had good food and prompt service. Overall, it was a great stay at Basilica and I would highly recommend this resort. Will definitely visit again.

Great rooms, very clean and very good service. Very cozy and accomodating. Good swimming pool with a big slide. Good play zone for kids. It will keep the kids entertained. The hotel has a cafe which has amazing food - Id recommend you to eat Italian here. Daal khichdi is comfort food which you should not miss and absolutely try. The breakfast meals are also delicious. In short, delicious food, great stay, so a very happy vacation. Yusuf Kapadia Sir has been a great help throughout the trip and very friendly. We all enjoyed the stay here with family as everything was superb!
