I could not sleep well. The noise of another rooms and noise of car engine were terrible. Everytime another room’s door opened and closed, it waked me up badly during the night.

Mini staycation for the family. Location was not ideal in the sense that it wasn't close to the motorway and it was considerable travel time from Panania Hotel to say for example Illawong or even Lugarno - it'd have been quicker for us to travel to Lugarno from our place of residence at Penrith. Nonetheless enjoyed exploring the area, was impressed with the service and food at Panania Hotel.

Stopped for a family lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was mostly empty. Food was nice, service quick and staff behind the bar friendly. We quickly ate our food and left because it was so cold in there. They really need to turn the aircon down. It would have been nice to have a leisurely lunch followed by a few drinks but we would have frozen to death.

Stayed one night as we had to have accommodation close to a wedding. For the money it was dreadful, the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in, the shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months, the teabags were left exposed and without covers( no way you would ever use them). All in all the accommodation at the hotel was below standard and very uncomfortable.
