The hotel was okay for the price we paid. If you purchase the beach view room, I assume it would be better. We stayed in their rooms across the street from the main lobby. The indoor pool was okay with a little heat to it. The kiddie pool was very cold. The rooms were alright can’t really complain, the only suggestion I have for the hotel is getting smart tvs for their rooms.

We had high hopes for this hotel because of the reviews but it went bad real quick. The only thing good was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Our room wasn’t ready until 5, when we did get checked in and in our room it was dirty and the coffee that was in our room was open and used and no cream sugar etc when we asked front desk literally said don’t have it right now and walked to the back and the coffee maker was not cleaned either, in the indoor pool there was trash all over it we didn’t even go to it after that, when we went to get a shower there was no shower curtain or toiletries, and no iron either also the door latch to the front door was broken. We had heard really good things about this I’m assuming before it sold a few weeks ago. I’m hoping it’ll get better but even the staff that’s been there for years said it was not like before. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

they claimed to have a pool side bar, but it was closed the entire time I was there. The staff constantly had all the doors open to the indoor heated pool so it was always cold. Just all around bad experience

4.5 Stars and the indoor pool was an amazing touch. Only thing theyre lacking is no Contential Breakfast, and the small Apple Juice I bought was $5.00

Our room is across the street from the big motel, it’s a little antiquated and dated. It’s very clean, and it appears the staff is trying hard to get this property up to par with the larger motel on the gulf-side.
There is a heated indoor pool and it’s clean also.
I will say the staff are kind, considerate, and helpful.
We will probably come back during PCB bike week or PCB biketober fest.
Haven’t tried walking anywhere yet, but I’m sure I’ll be running, hiking, or rucking on the beach tomorrow. The gulf side is awesome, and the beach is what you would expect a Panama City Beach front to look like!

I like the cleanliness of the room and other areas of the property. The hot tub was amazing 😍.
What I didn't like was I had to wait almost 2 hours after check in for my room however, the reason was understandable.
This is just a suggestion. Towel racks with clean towels should be placed in the pool and hot tub areas.
