This hotel is over prized, staff are not or-dial not helpful, parking is not available and hot water does not come, bathrooms are not clean

No hot water here, no menu card on rooms, no reception landline and every-time i had to go downstairs to call them for any need, rusted fan which make sound and slept without fan

A nice no frills hotel. Manager & staff are very guest friendly. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times & only have good things to say. Convenient & centrally located in panjim.

A great place to stay in panjim. The rooms are clean, and the staff is excellent and very supportive. There is an attached chinese restaurant, which adds to the convenience. The rates are reasonable compared to nearby accommodations.

Room smelly, basic hotel. Location good but price is high and no other facility. However can stay.

Stay with a family of 3 the hotel is at prime location of panjim, walkable distance to ritz classic, godinhos, kokni canteen etc and all of the casinos like deltin, big daddy, majestic pride and few others. Food is good, we utilised only their breakfast as we had travel-led to visit the local restaurants and casinos breakfast has good options, we had parathas, boiled eggs, masala omelette, idle sambhar chutney toast bread with butter/jam with tea and coffee service was great and staff was helpful. Recommended for family.
