Pergona 3x4,5m in the well-lit pool area. 2 Smart TV with free streaming service Netflix and Amazon Prime child friendly house "Can Magi", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Pals, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop "Pals" 3 km, railway station "Flaçà" 25 km, sandy beach "Playa de Pals" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 3 km, minigolf 3 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. We were thrilled with the villa, pool, grounds and location. The owners live on site which was no problem for us. All the basics were covered plus more.

I booked this for my family and was very happy with everything. The host is a lovely man and the property perfect for what we wanted. Its quiet, but 5 minutes from a small seaside village and 15 mins from a beautiful town. I am already looking to return

Nous avons un super séjour dans cette location conforme aux descriptions. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour faciliter notre séjour. Nous avons découvert Pals et ses environs grâce à cette bonne adresse.Merci
