Not a bad option if you just need a place to sleep. Room was fine but there was no service. The only time I interacted with staff was checking in and going for a subpar breakfast. The staff clearly did not want to be there. No option for someone to clean the room. Barely any soap left in the bathroom. You’re stuck emptying your own trash because no one else will do it. Very limited security. Anyone can walk in to the hotel off the street and no one will bat an eye. Steps are the only way to the rooms. Don’t bother to come if you’re disabled and can’t make it upstairs. None of this was made known beforehand.

Bed are comfortable but they need to change pillows can be better.
Super clean, good air conditioner, refrigerator and tv. exactly like in the picture.
Service was excellent I ask for something al was immediately solved.
Breakfast was very good too.

I gave the hotel a 4 stars because there’s only 3-4 parking spots so you world have to park in the street. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable. You will hear street noise.

The property was ideal for the price. It was clean and bed was comfortable. It also includes a nice breakfast.
The negatives, I would say it was a little noisy and the hot water was on and off at times.
I would say it was ideal for the money.

This is my go to Hotel when I visit Santiago, all the boxes are checked, as well as the great bang for your buck 👍

This was our second time staying at the hotel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is simple and delicious. No complaints.

For the price the place is good. The room was small but comfortable. AC worked well and there is a good size mini fridge in the room. Front desk staff were extremely nice.
The negatives. My shower drain was very slow. The hot water goes from scolding hot to cold very fast. The noise of the street traffic is loud.
Overall I would stay again.

If you are looking for something to stay a night or two this is ok, but for staying more time it is not recommended.
