There are a few pros to this hotel: 1) good location; 2) rooms were beautiful and clean. However, the cons far outweigh the pros. The overall hotel is hardly a 5 star caliber hotel - the lobby is messy and confusing, with electronic cords all over the place. I've always believed that elite customer service really makes a 5 star hotel experience superior and this was the furthest thing from excellent customer service. We accidentally booked our stay for the following week (absolutely our mistake) and when we called Puro for assistance with this error, they were less than helpful. We ended up having to book a new reservation for the correct dates, with no resolution for the incorrect dates, except to just lose our money. It was extremely challenging to get ahold of anyone by phone and they kept asking us to call back. Even during our stay, customer service was below average. The front desk staff struggled to check us in, no one told us about any of the amenities onsite, restaurant servers were slow. We ended up leaving to go to a different 5 star hotel nearby and the contrast in quality of customer service was night and day! I would urge travelers to stay elsewhere in Palma.
