Our stay at Palma Riad was Perfection! The service and kindness from everyone we met was exceptional. We have been raving about it since we left. In addition to the incredible staff, the accommodations are beautiful! We can't say enough about the Hammam suite. There are what seems to be thousands of restaurants, shops, and activities all in walkable distance from the hotel. One night my wife and I mentioned we had tried to get dessert, but the restaurant nearby was closed. The concierge called around and unbeknownst to us whipped up a flourless chocolate cake for us to share... Seriously? It was above and beyond. And we cannot forget the breakfast...! We hope to be back again and will be singing your praises each time we discuss our amazing trip!!

From check-in until check-out everything was flawless! But the reason for a “five star” review was the staff at the hotel. Extremely service minded and very professional. And the room was to die for! It felt like spending a night in Marrakech. We had the Hammam room, which I really can recommend.

I recently stayed at a beautiful boutique hotel that initially left a great impression. The staff were accommodating when we arrived early, allowing us to check in ahead of schedule, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The hotel itself was charming, with tasteful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. However, our experience took a drastic turn for the worse after we got into bed and a leak started dripping into our suitcase from the ceiling, which quickly escalated into a major issue, forcing us to move hotels around midnight. The hotel did provide a refund for our stay, but we were left with the unexpected expense of finding last-minute accommodation, which ended up costing us $500. Update: After posting my original review, I was contacted by the hotel management, who sincerely apologized for the incident and explained that it was not in line with their usual standards. They were very understanding and tried to make amends, and I am happy with the resolution. It’s clear that the hotel management is committed to providing excellent service and took this issue seriously. While our experience was unfortunate, their genuine response has left a positive impression. I hope to have a much better stay with them in the future.

We loved this hotel for the fact that it was small, quiet, had a lovely bar, a beautiful breakfast, and the folks working there were true professionals. They responded to our every need, and were quite attentive. Even though the Riad is and feels like, an older building with all the lovely charm, it was quite modern. Lots of little surprises in the room. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel.

Palma Riad is in a perfect location, on a quiet street near the bustle of old town. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design of this property. The rooms here are well appointed. We had the most comfortable bed. The staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location.Incredible staff. Sol and Valentine were extremly helpful during my stay assitng me with recomendations on local spots and helping me find a bright place to work in the lobby. The rooms are large while being very chic and sexy but my only criticism of the place is that they are also very dark. The Televisions in the mirrors and the personalized soap options are a cool touch.

The hotel is in a great location, very walkable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our shower was enormous. The entire staff was kind and helpful, but especially Valentine. She went out of her way to help us. I’d definitely recommend staying here if in Palma.
