酒店離開老城10分鐘，酒店不大，房間很有特色，餐飲很不錯，價格也美麗，很多當地人來用餐。服務非常好。

I cannot fault this hotel, so many positives. The location was very central so easy to walk to many locations around Palma. The room was comfortable, clean and full of everything that was needed (4 mirrors including a full length which is rare!). The rooftop was an added bonus and very comfortable, I imagine in the summer months it would be a lot busier so maybe difficult to get a lounger. I didn’t have time for the spa or gym but they looked good, very small spa area but enough to relax a little. The staff were helpful in booking taxis and providing other things such as an iron. The AC in the room was more difficult to figure out.

A wonderful week's stay in this clean, modern, comfortable hotel. The staff were most friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The hotel was centrally located, in a quiet area away from any noise, but within easy reach of the attractions of Palma and transport links. I would love to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone else visiting Palma

We were so happy with hotel. Very clean and modern, rooms were great, bed was awesome. The roof top with the pool was fantastic. Great breakfast and nice to have a glass of cava in the restaurant before going out for dinner. Staff was very service minded. Located approx 15-20 minutes walk from city centre but that was not a v problem for us. Would stay here again if I visited Palma!

We like a European city break at the end of May so choose Palma in Mallorca. We picked the JS Palma Plaza due to it's location and rooftop terrace. The hotel was a 15 minute (25 euro) taxi ride from the airport, our flight arrived at 0935 so when we got the hotel the room wasn't ready but we were given a place to store our bags and offered a place to shower and change. The hotel is located approximately 15 - 20 minute walk from the cathedral passing through the very nice old town. The room was small but adequate, the beds were very comfortable and al areas were exceptionally clean. A free mini bar was available with water, beer, coke etc. This was free but once empty was not restocked, which was fair enough. We didn't use the restaurant as we like to get out and about, but it was always busy and looked very nice. We did use the roof top terrace, which had great cabana type double sun beds available and a small plunge pool, towels were available with a 10 euro deposit. We loved the location of the hotel and helpfulness of the staff. A perfect place for city break base, we'll definitely be back.

I came with my daughter and all ready plan coming back to Palma to this exact hotel in the future. Location is great, walking distance to many restaurants, cocktail bars, the harbour and other tourist attractions including the cathedral. Rooms comfortable and kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. I was worried at first as our room was opposite the lift but we slept soundly in peace and quiet. The meals are reasonably priced and very very tasty. The atmosphere is calming. Always someone to help. Which brings me to my final compliment. The staff are exceptional, so professional, curteous, pleasent. The list goes on. Thank you for our stay

Amazing hotel!!! Staff are lovely and so welcoming - rooms and facilities are all fantastic. Location is perfect - not too noisy but still not far from the marina. The beds are so comfortable - I never had a bad nights sleep. I would stay here again in a heartbeat !
