Having the slide in the pool area and late pool hours is a plus for the kids. Appreciate the free parking. Later check-out time to 11 am would be ideal especially with the late check-in time.

Although they claim to have renovated the rooms are not what you expect after a renovation. Everything is older which is fine except the carpets are filthy. Bring flip flops to wear inside or your feet will be dirty. Also a strong unpleasant smell. Like mildew and fish. I had to wash the clothes we didn’t wear bc they smelled like the hotel when we got home. Shower didn’t drain and filled up when you showered. Pressure is bad too. Service was great and staff was very friendly. Pool is nice. Food is not great, drinks were good/strong.

My family always seems to enjoy it. Food on property is also very good wish it just stayed open a little later

We enjoyed the nice pool area and the basketball court. We only stayed one night as we passed through. Check in time was 4pm. The slide which our kids really wanted to enjoy closed at 5pm. The pool bar and food closed at 6pm. If you are only staying one night and are looking to enjoy these amenities I would reconsider the stay. Our room was in need of updating.

Resort prices for food and drinks but both were very satisfying. We had read reviews that the rooms were well dated with worn out carpeting and furnishing. pleased to say the carpet was relatively new and the furnishings acceptable. The bed was not comfortable at all, very hard. The bathtub/shower needed to be cleaned of mold. The shower head was not adjustable for spray. The tub floor DID NOT HAVE ANY ANTI-SLIP GRIP nor any safety handles to make getting out of the tub a nonissue. I found it to be extremely cheap the resort only provided two packets of complementary coffee. You could the purchase more if desired. The staff at all levels was friendly and cordial. The pool was well maintained. There was a lifeguard on station at the kids pool.

Room needs an Update, carpet was disgusting. No bare feet in this place. Cracked tile in bathroom, shower didn’t drain. Ants everywhere, no maid service.

Our room was very tired. The pool facility was very nice and the staff was accommodating. I would stay at the resort again if they had updated rooms available. The resort was in a convenient location

We made reservations 2 months in advance for family of 5. On arrival we were told that the room was not available due to overbooking. They sent us to a very not family friendly motel where my kids had to listen to a very R rated live drag show at 10:00 in the morning hosted by the motel in the pool area. Still waiting for compensation.
