Vista Grande Resort - A Gay Men's Resort

This is our favorite men's resort in the Palm Springs area. The daily breakfast was made to order and excellent. All of the staff are super friendly and we met very nice men of all ages there. The property is immaculate. I highly recommend it. 5 stars!

We just stayed at La Vista Grande for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our selves and absolutely loved our visit!! Here’s reasons why to stay here: 1. Fantastic service as shown by: Upon arrival staff noticed that we were checking in and seamlessly showed us from our uber to our room. Breakfast was cooked to order. Thoughtful attention: lunch was ordered and put in our refrigerator. Room was upkept throughout the stay. Umbrellas were lowered by staff during high winds. Etc 2. Beautiful grounds - care was taken to landscape the property and they make an effort to upkeep it. Every morning while here I noticed there were always grounds keepers working. There was even a worker skimming the pool at night. 3. Relaxed, non-pretentious vibe. All of the people we met were very friendly. The grounds are quiet except the main pool area does have piped in music but it is at a comfortable volume level 4. Nicely updated and decorated rooms 5. Ease of communication. Got a welcome text prior to check in. Ordered lunch via that text thread. Got an itemized receipt via email a day after check out. My only picky comment is that I did not notice a smoke detector in the room. But that would not keep me from staying there again. If you want a completely relaxing visit in a very comfortable environment, stay here!!

The heated pool is amazing anytime of day or night. (There is also a smaller one in a "quiet" area of the property. ) Swimming nude is the best thing ever! A steam room and green area with hot tube and waterfall really set this place apart from similar properties which usually only had a single pool and hot tub enclosed in a single courtyard. In our three night stay we were never bored and spent most of our time there, leaving only for lunch or dinner. (Most places to eat are only a 15 minute walk away.) The staff was always attentive and determined to make your stay an enjoyable one. Breakfasts were free - I recommend the waffles which were prepared by a short order cook. For lunch you can put in an order with the staff (prior to 11 am) and is distributed directly to you so you don't need to leave the property. All of this led to an even more fun experience with other guests. It was the perfect mix of getting away and enjoying yourself and maybe having fun with other guests. We hope to return in the near future.

Stayed at VG 3 nights and overall had a great time. Cabana 15 was a nice , smaller option facing the quieter pool (with an adjoining closed door to the next studio which made privacy a bit difficult). The jacuzzi & steam room were fun, and most of the personnel friendly (thanks Rodrigo)! Happily come back again…

What an amazing experience!!! My best friend and I took a boys trip without our husbands and got in on Thursday for the long weekend. The atmosphere, hospitality, and overall environment was absolutely mention worthy!!! The staff was incredibly friendly, the room and property was maintained and clean the whole time we were there, and the ability to connect with the other guest there was set up for us perfectly. I will definitely come back again! Probably won’t consider any other property for Palm Springs than this one!! Thank you guys for an memorable time!

Stayed 4 nights over Labor Day weekend. Superb experience. Exceptionally beautiful property, like a botanical garden. Personable and accommodating staff. Freshly cooked food on site was delicious and well-prepared. Quieter than other guesthouses in the area.
