Practice your putt and enjoy a swim with mountain views or open up all of the doors as most of the house and rooms lead to the backyard living space to enjoy an indoor/outdoor experience . This home is on a larger corner lot with lush landscaping, mountain views, private patio, patio furniture w/ cushions, sun umbrellas, lounges, in-ground pool, putting green, yard. Inside the home you will find modern furnishing & decor, open layout, floor-to-ceiling windows & glass doors, 4 flat screen Smart TVs, High Speed Internet Perfect for guests who are working mobile. electric guitar & amplifier, ample seating, dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator w/ ice& water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, an espresso Machine, cooking basics, breakfast bar w/ stools. Approximately 2900 sq ft of Living Space Lot Size: 0.29 Acres BR 1: King, 55" TV, En-Suite Bathroom with hot tub BR 2: King, 50" TV, En-Suite Bathroom BR 3: Queen, 32" TV All TV's include Sling Tv for basic cable channels, Netflix & Disney+. Palm Springs City tax of 12.5% applies to all short term rental properties and IS now included in the quoted price. For reference, our City ID # is 4372 -- WARNING-- CITY OF PALM SPRINGS IS VERY STRICT AND YOU CAN INCUR SUBSTANTIAL PENALTIES FROM THE CITY FOR VIOLATING RULES NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO GLASS BY THE POOL. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC OR AMPLIFIED MUSIC ALLOWED -This is not a party house, city noise ordinances STRICTLY ENFORCED. Outdoor music is PROHIBITED in the City of Palm Springs. The city enforces this and if they are called/ drive by, you face a $1000 fine. -We have a strict occupancy maximum of 6 overnight guests , per city law. 4 additional daytime guests are allowed during daytime hours.2 children per guest (ages 12 and under) are permitted in addition to maximum overnight guests. Only 3 total vehicles allowed to be parked on property including the street parking. -Please return all furniture to where you found it, or you will be charged a resetting fee. -Minimum age requirement is 25 for renters, per the City of Palm Springs. -Events, photo shoots or any commercial activity without prior permission will forfeit your deposit (and potentially more), no questions asked. - The person booking MUST be the person actually present at the property. No booking for other people. - The property has numerous doors that open onto the pool areas. * All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and also in the house book, must be followed at all times. * Check-in is after 3PM - Check out before 10am - Pool heating is an extra $70 per day from - Oct 1st and May 1st. Fee will be collected upon check in . Temperature limited to 86 degrees. For a preferred higher temperature setting, an extra fee will apply on top of the base fee. - If you break anything you will be responsible for the price of replacement - Noise complaints after 10pm result in a minimum $500 fine. - No removing makeup with white towels - Please refer to binder on arrival for house infoAbout checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
