This sprawling California-style home features a new modern kitchen and sleek baths, a fabulous open concept layout and expansive walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Inside you'll find three large inspiring bedrooms, a large dining area for 6 guests, a gas fireplace and four large flat screen LED televisions. The entire back of the house is glass - revealing a resort-like poolside paradise. You'll find a gorgeous heated pool, large 6' gas fire pit, five burner gas barbecue, ping pong table, cornhole game and a wonderful covered hang-out lighted pavilion with an outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge area.
The deluxe private master suite offers direct pool access, a cal king-sized bed, an extra large walk-in closet and a private sleek ensuite bath with dual vanities. The two guest rooms (one with a king bed, the other with two twin beds that can serve as a king upon request) share their own secluded walled-in patio/courtyard with stellar mountain views and a new sleek bathroom with dual vanities. These two bedrooms and bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the house allowing privacy. The master suite is on the opposite side of the house also allowing privacy. All of the sleeping quarters have large flat screen televisions. All bathrooms are supplied with Avene products.
This mid-century home is gorgeous, well-appointed and captures the vibe and sophistication of the Southern California lifestyle. It sits on a quiet residential street in the desirable Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, named by Golf Digest 'One of the Best Places to Play' for golf resorts. The Legend Course was designed by William Francis Bell, known for designing Torrey Pines, La Jolla Country Club and Bermuda Dunes Country Club.
The Popsicle home is resort living at its best and perfectly suited for extended weekends, month-long stays and as a seasonal vacation rental. Advanced booking suggested.
Palm Springs Surf Club is located less than 1 mile and a four-minute car drive from our house.
This private home sits on the 5th fairway of The Legends Golf Course, one of two challenging championship courses at the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. The owners thought of everything when modernizing this free standing mid-century home to create the perfect Palm Springs vacation escape. The Popsicle home - is like a resort within a resort - offering you ultra interior and exterior spaces, awe-inspiring fairway and mountain views, high-end designer furnishings, hotel-quality beds, fresh, hip and vibrant art along with plenty of space for your entire group to spread out, relax and enjoy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook full meals. The kitchen is an open concept layout with four bar stools. The stove is gas and the refrigerator has an ice maker and water filtration system. We also have a crock pot and Keurig coffee machine available for guests to use. The kitchen has direct access to the pool and BBQ.
The City of Palm Springs has resumed in-person meet and greets pursuant to
PSMC 5.25.070(m). “The Owner or the Owner’s agent or representative shall
meet the Responsible Party in person at the Vacation Rental or the Owner’s
or Owner’s agent’s office prior to, or within twenty-four (24) hours of, the
commencement of the occupancy and verbally explain and describe all rules
and regulations applicable to the use of the property as a Vacation Rental
and the responsibilities of the Responsible Party to the neighbors
and the City as well as the Owner. The Owner shall secure the signature of
the Responsible Party and all adult guests to a statement of rules and regulations …”
The house is located on the third hole of the famous Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. Sample the fish tacos at Shanghai Reds or tuck into a cinnamon roll at Cheeky’s. The Palm Springs Surf Club is located less than 1 mile and a four-minute car drive from our house.
We are 12 minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, 20 minutes from the Aerial Tram, and very close to all other major attractions. If you have a bike, you could bike to downtown in roughly 30 minutes, and even to local restaurants and a super market in less than 5 minutes. There's also a local Palm Springs shuttle, which is free (you can find more info online)
The Air Concierge team will be available for assistance via email before and during your stay. The codes needed to enter the property are available 24 hours prior to check-in in our online guest site.
Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the security deposit. Such examples can be found in our House Rules.
In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.
NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
Pool Heating and Spa (if applicable to this property):
*Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
*Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
*Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
*Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite.
Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- Check-in time: 4-10pm.
- Checkout time: 11am.
-Local ordinance requires host to obtain a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
Pet Policy:
Only 1 small dog up to 50lbs allowed. No cats or any other animals.
Pet fee: $150 (non-refundable) required to be paid before check-in.
Your pet has to be house trained and you have to clean after him/her.
LOCAL SPECIFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS
Regulations in Palm Springs requires every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the city to sign and confirm receipt of the Good Neighbor Brochure and the Statement of Rules to be able to gain access to the property. Our local team will be arranging a meet up within 24 hours of check-in to meet you and collect the aforementioned documents and your ID.
As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the City will fine renters in $500 per occurrence without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.
The main sources of violations are:
-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite
-An excessive number of cars
-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside)
-Trash left outside and on sight
Only registered guests as listed on the rental agreement should be on the premises. No additional guests or visitors allowed.
We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the City of Palm Springs is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the new scenario.
