A llaundry room is adjacent. The second great room extends from the kitchen and has a large leather sectional and more seating, a TV with cable and other streaming platforms and a gas fireplace. The outdoor living room/patio is accessed from the great room/kitchen. It has an overhead fan and comfortable seating for that morning coffee and the evening cocktails. The view is of the large backyard, pool and the mountains. There is total privacy on this 1/2 acre property as it is surrounded by walls and tall hedges. Perfect for your pets. There is a built-in BBQ island and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Large pool and spa. Spa heated. Pool heat upon request and separate fee of $95/day.
