This beautiful, renovated pool home sits on a wide saltwater canal and It has been decorated with ALL new furniture & gorgeous beach décor. "Paradise Point" features an open floor plan and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, SS appliances, and an large counter bar. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a King Size Bed, Smart TV and a computer desk. It also features a large walk- in closet and its private bathroom with a bath tub and oversized walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and overlooks the dock and canal. Guest bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs. In addition, the living area has a queen sofa bed for two extra guests. Enjoy dinners with the entire family on the large dinning table with seats for eight guests. Enjoy our game room with pool table, air hockey, ping pong, foosball and pacman! Minutes to the beach ! Bring your boat and jet skis or enjoy the complimentary kayaks! Beach chairs and umbrella are also complimentary. Ten-minute drive to the beach and 30-minute drive to Daytona or St. Augustine. Close to Publix grocery store and the European Village with shops, bars, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Palm Harbor Golf course is a public course which you can play Golf all year around. Walking, biking, and hiking trails are also close by. The pool and hot tub can be scheduled and set as per your request, however we cannot guarantee desired temperatures when the outside air temperature drops below 50.
