Palm House Hotel

Just returned from this lovely new spot where the decor will take your breath away! Guests rooms are lush, plush and spotless! The staff and bellman (there must have been at least 5) were ready to wait on you hand and foot ~ even the manager (Austin) was hands on & visible each day greeting hotel guests by name which was an appreciated personal touch! Pool, location, hotel bikes & car added to the perfect, pink Palm Beach experience!

I am reluctant to write something, as I haven't stayed at the hotel. However, we would like to try it. I have contacted the hotel with questions, left no fewer than three messages, been put on a 10 minute hold one time and hung up on the other two. I finally called the dining room, where the lovely person that answered transferred me to Guest Reception, who promptly hung up. The response to the other reviews invites a contact. In my experience, that is a futile endeavor.

Here is a list of reasons not to stay at this hotel presented in no particular order: * At check-in, the valet told us to proceed to the check-in desk and that they would handle all of the luggage. They missed our hanging bags in the back seat, which were obvious. We called to have them fix the issue. We had commuted from a nearby city and my wife had a pillow for sleeping on the drive. The bellman brought the bags but also brought the pillow (which we did not request) and had it placed on the floor of his old bellman's cart. It was so disgusting and unbelievable that he wasn't better trained. * Most of the staff we interacted with seemed inexperienced compared to what you would expect at a typical luxury hotel. * We had a Q-tip on the floor of our room at check-in. That's obviously disgusting, but I decided to leave it to see if housekeeping would find it the next day. No such luck. It's a sign of exceptionally poor training. Perhaps it is still there. I wonder about that often. * The furnishings do not seem new and are worn in ways you would not expect. * The bathroom vanity should only have had one sink. Instead, they put in two and pushed them to the extreme edges. I've traveled extensively and have never seen such a silly set-up in a supposedly fine hotel. Additionally, our backsplash literally looked like someone beat it with a baseball bat. * The elevators look like they've been beaten with a baseball bat. On our first night, both elevators were out of commission and we were told to take the stairs...which, keeping consistent with the theme, look like they were vandalized. Upon departure, we had to get to a meeting. We had called for the bellman and it took forever. We eventually realized that both elevators were broken and were advised to carry our bags down the stairs. The manager was present and seemed inept. * The bar is pretty, but it is literally in the tiny lobby. The chairs at the bar are too short for the bar. It's kind of comical, unless you are the ones using them. There is no bar menu. When you request one, they give you a restaurant menu. The menus they gave us looked like they had been run over by a car in the rain. It was shocking for a brand new hotel. The bartenders were a bright spot. * Upon departure, the hotel couldn't break a $100 bill for tips. If this doesn't tell you all that you need to know, nothing will. Luckily, one of the valets came through. Unfortunately, around the same time, I watched an unskilled valet scrape heavy luggage across the painted bumper of my luxury sedan. Anyway...I post this for the benefit of my fellow luxury travelers. I won't stay here again and I hope I save some of you from the disappointment we experienced.

This hotel offers, subdued, elegance, extra extraordinary, personal services and comfort. The staff is highly attentive without being intrusive. The room is exceptionally comfortable and furnished in an elegant and reserve style that is warm and welcoming.

Palm House in Palm Beach is an absolute gem. The décor is stunning, the staff are amazing, and the location is unbeatable – a 10/10. You can walk to Worth Avenue for shopping, cafés, and everything Palm Beach has to offer. The gym is great, and the Japanese restaurant…World-class.

A lovely new boutique Hotel in Palm Beach! I took my mom over from Naples to celebrate her birthday and we loved it. The hotel is beautifully designed/decorated, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the bar downstairs is fun and lively, and the location is perfect. Walking distance to cute shops and restaurants and a block from the beach. The staff was wonderful from the valets, to the front desk, to housekeeping. I will definitely be back!
