Went with my wife to celebrate my 60th birthday and could not have chosen better! A really beautiful place in the middle of Palermo with very attentative hosts. We felt welcome and everyone was extremely kind to an old grumpy man. Aurora is a gem. If you want to know why she and the place is special, stop reading and place a booking

We had the most wonderful time!! Amazing breakfast and room. The location was perfect and Aurora and her team were always there to answer any questions we had and to provide us with the best recommendations. We would definitely come back!!!

Absolutely charmed by this little B&B even before I arrived. Aurora was so easy to communicate with and attentive to my questions. I was greeted as I came through the door and very well cared for during my 5 days stay. My deluxe room was beautiful and comfortable -- I couldn't have wanted more. In warm weather breakfast (very good) can be taken in the peaceful garden.

This was an absolute oasis in the centre of old Palermo. The welcoming and orientation was Four Seasons like. Fantastic and knowledgeable team. Beautiful historical and well appointed public areas and room. Excellent breakfast that changes every day. This is perfectly located to explore Palermo. Highly recommend . Thank you!

Stay here for a truly special and memorable Palermo experience. The hotel reflects the history and beautiful melding of periods and cultures with the spirit of Palermo itself. Lush historic home with beautifully eclectic décor. The kindest and most helpful staff who welcome you as if you were coming home. Perfect location, safe and well located for a solo female traveler. Beautiful breakfast, breakfast room and gardens. Book for a charming stay.

What can I say about the best vacation trip we have ever taken. II Giardino di Ballaro was the finest B & B we have ever stayed at. The accommodations were first class and the team made us feel like family. The location was excellent to enjoy all of Palermo's delights. We cannot wait to return.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is full of character and is very close to many of the important sights of Palermo. The bedrooms are well equipped and the communal rooms and gardens are lovely. The staff were charming and couldn t do enough to help. They advised about free parking nearby and recommended and booked some very nice restaurants

My wife and I recently had a wonderful three night stay at this very nicely restored little property in the heart of the old city of Palermo. A great location only minutes from Ballaro Market, Quattro Canti and plenty of bars and restaurants. But the real star of this property is the great staff, very welcoming, attentive and helpful.From a very warm and sincere greeting on arrival, followed by all the info you would need to enjoy your visit to Palermo, you know you’re at a good place. Add in a really nice breakfast with variety of offerings and to order eggs. Highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Il Giardina di Ballaro is a very special place, reviving the glorious past, restored to perfection. The rooms match the apperance of the entrance and public spaces, modern and spacious, maintaining the historic feel. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is central, enabling strolls about town without needing our car (which we parked closeby, free of charge). Aurora was a very welcoming host with a genuine desire to make us feel at home, as indeed we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
