Excellent location near pedestrianised centre. Extremely kind and helpful host. Airy comfortable high ceilinged room with large noise-cancelling windows and air conditioning. Continental breakfast with fruit, cereals and yoghurt, excellent espresso. Very decent price.

The accommodation was very comfortable, management was very kind in the attention willing to answer questions about tourist sites and places of interest to visit. I spent with my girlfriend a lovely time in Palermo !! Best value for money in a very cute neighbourhood, in the historical center. Riccardo is an awesome host, always wiling to help and to advice where to go. The room is spacious (with an AC, thanks God) & clean. Special credits to his breakfast aswell ! Thank you !

The localisation is in walking distance of the major attractions of the city which helps immensely while visiting. The breakfast was copious in quantity and diverse with pastries, fruits, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. Riccardo is calm, agreable and very helpful. As our luggage was lost and the airline company called us while we were away to inform they were delivering it in the next hours, he kindly stayed onsite a bit more to get it for us. He also clearly knows well the region and gives good tips. The room and separate (but private) bathroom were clean, the AC efficient to fight the hot Sicilian summer and the bed confortable.

Posto curato, molto pulito, comodo ai luoghi di interesse ed ai mezzi pubblici. Bagno non in camera, anche se ad uso esclusivo. Colazione all'italiana, abbondante. Gestore molto gentile e prodigo di consigli

Chambre très propre et grande. De même pour la salle de bain (privative mais séparée de la chambre par le couloir commun).
L’accueil de l’hôte était parfait : il nous a attendu tard le soir car notre vol a eu du retard, il a été très arrangeant et très utile dès qu’on avait une information à lui demander.
Je recommande vivement !
