Nice hotel, friendly staff and perfect location if you want to visit the ruins in Palenque and still be in town.

We were in room 116 and the water pressure for the shower was good and the AC was perfect. Relaxing hotel with attentive staff. Only about 10 minutes in a taxi from the archaeological site. Recommended as a good deal.

Great bed, great shower, and these are the two things I would complain about if they weren't good. Air conditioning worked great. Great service at the restaurant. One block or so from where you can catch taxis.

The pool was filthy. It was green and you could not see the bottom. The area around the hotel was unsafe. The staff was unhelpful. We booked 3 nights and left after one

Wonderful, clean and safe place to stay right in the heart of La Canada, a beautiful walkable area in Palenqué. Would stay there again.

We had a Very good stay Big and tidy Room Beautiful pool and calm Very Nice people and délicieux food and cocktails Next to ado station and collectivos for the historical ruins of palenque À lot of services availables

Very helpful staff , allowed us a bit earlier than expected check in and very clean rooms. Workers at the front very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying overnight or multiple days

Beautiful hotel, kind staff and nice food! We loved staying here. The surroundings and the pool are amazing! The room is nice and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the waiters in the restaurant are friendly and serves nice food. We have been to many hotels and this is by far the best in Mexico. While staying here there were 4 howling monkeys in the pool area. Even though we checked out at 1 pm they let us stay the whole day in the common area waiting for our bus at 9 pm.
