Nice location, accomodating staffs, best hotel and savory food.

We stayed at this resort in February with our family, and we highly recommend it. The location is beautiful, with a stunning natural setting that remains quite wild, providing the perfect backdrop for a property that includes a hotel, villas, and glamping accommodations. We stayed in the hotel, but we also recommend the villas, which were occupied by our friends—they are nestled in lush greenery and are very well maintained. There is a small pool available for guests located in the glamping area. The resort also offers relaxing massages and the opportunity to book excursions. The restaurant offers a limited menu, but the dishes are well-prepared, and the pizza, in particular, meets high Italian standards. The only small suggestion we would make is to improve the breakfast selection slightly. The staff is incredibly kind, always helpful, and consistently welcoming with warm smiles. A special thanks to the General Manager, who was always present and attentive to guests’ needs.

The hotel is amazing! We’ve booked it for our last night. The view, cleanliness and a care in details like a good quality shower gel and shampoo, slippers, few fruits and welcome-drinks. But the walls are tiny so you can hear all of the noises from the neighbors rooms. Besides this fact we’ve had a great time! Thanks!

Our Nacpan Beach Resort truly stands out, thanks to its amazing staff! Hannah and Vanne (sorry if name is misspelled), at the front desk, made our experience seamless from start to finish. They helped with our requests for transfers and tours. Rodel, a key member of the leadership team, regularly checked in on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. His genuine concern for our well-being enhanced our overall experience. Arthur also took the time to personally check on us, adding a personal touch that made us feel valued and cared for. His dedication to guest comfort made a difference in our stay. The staff's commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return to enjoy the exceptional service, the spacious rooms, the convenience of having a restaurant and bar right on-site, complete with a great selection of food, and the availability of activities like tours, massages, and sun day beds, leaving us free to enjoy our vacation worry-free.

Been staying in the nacpam resort and it was one of the best experiences ever! Resort wonderful and staff amazing super gentle and super helpful, big shoutout to Roje and Justin !!! Thank you for everything and I definitely advice to go and visit this little piece of paradise!

Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of el nido town. No other hotels in the vicinity creating a monopoly. Road to access the property is bumpy and in bad need for servicing. Rooms are ok, a bit dated and the whole property is in bad need for an update as it appears rundown. Service staff are extremely friendly and helpful with tour selection and special requests. My room was in the third floor with a beach view. The AC was not working properly the first two nights and was repaired when I reported the room not getting cooler. Overall nice experience just need to go with the flow as all things go in Philippines

The hotel is what you expect from a beach resort hotel.... chilled, great staff, great drinks and sun loungers, perfect clean beach, lush towels, calm sea with just enough wave to provide the right amount of bounce.... There are in my opinion better food outlets along the beach (rather than be tied down to the restaurant) ... The room is amazing, the reception is fantastic. They have some great free entertainment too.

I recently stayed at Nacpan and had a frustrating experience with their pricing and billing practices. I booked round-trip transfers, which were clearly advertised on their website for 2,500 PHP. This rate was also confirmed via email and by a member of their staff. However, when I was charged, the amount was higher than what was originally stated. On my last day, when I questioned the overcharge, the staff repeatedly told me that I had misunderstood their terms—claiming that “return” or “round trip” meant a one-way charge, even though these terms are universally understood to mean a two-way transfer. To make matters worse, they then admitted that their website was outdated—essentially acknowledging that the information I relied on was incorrect, yet still refusing to honor the price I was given. Despite providing clear evidence from their own website, email confirmations, and staff conversations, they have not processed a refund for the overcharge. I have followed up multiple times, expecting them to take responsibility, but the issue remains unresolved. Transparency and integrity in pricing are essential, and I hope management takes this matter seriously. Until then, I would caution others when booking vans with them. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
