Nice location, accomodating staffs, best hotel and savory food.

We stayed at this resort in February with our family, and we highly recommend it. The location is beautiful, with a stunning natural setting that remains quite wild, providing the perfect backdrop for a property that includes a hotel, villas, and glamping accommodations. We stayed in the hotel, but we also recommend the villas, which were occupied by our friends—they are nestled in lush greenery and are very well maintained. There is a small pool available for guests located in the glamping area. The resort also offers relaxing massages and the opportunity to book excursions. The restaurant offers a limited menu, but the dishes are well-prepared, and the pizza, in particular, meets high Italian standards. The only small suggestion we would make is to improve the breakfast selection slightly. The staff is incredibly kind, always helpful, and consistently welcoming with warm smiles. A special thanks to the General Manager, who was always present and attentive to guests’ needs.

The hotel is amazing! We’ve booked it for our last night. The view, cleanliness and a care in details like a good quality shower gel and shampoo, slippers, few fruits and welcome-drinks. But the walls are tiny so you can hear all of the noises from the neighbors rooms. Besides this fact we’ve had a great time! Thanks!

Joemar and other staff from NBR front desk as well as lee ann of sunmai were so attentive and accommodating. Room amenities were complete. Beach front was clean. Breakfast buffet just a few options and can still be improved. Hats off to all of the staff ! Would surely come back with friends! Thank you again

The hotel is beautiful and is located at a perfect location—right by the beach. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is within easy reach, with restaurants, bars, and massage services all along the shoreline. The service was also outstanding. This is the perfect choice for anyone looking to fully enjoy beach life.

This is a lovely hotel on the most beautiful beach. The hotel is simple, with clean, large rooms and a great restaurant onsite. The staff was super friendly and helpful. But what makes it special is the location. As the only hotel on Nacpan beach you feel like you stumbled upon a secret that no one else knew about! Once the day trippers start to leave around 4pm you become one of the special few to be staying in this paradise. During the day there are a few other beach hut type food establishments, plus tons of massage options to pick from while the waves crash just meters away. 2-3 nights here is enough time to soak up the sun, enjoy the ocean and do a day excursion. Next time we will try the glamping option!

Disappointing Experience Our stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The road leading to the hotel is absolutely terrible, making the journey there a real challenge. Once you arrive, the issues continue. The breakfast is extremely monotonous— every day the same limited options, which quickly becomes boring. Apart from the beautiful beach, there is absolutely nothing else in the area to keep you entertained. The location is terrible-it's 20 km to the nearest town, and the journey there is on the same awful road. To make matters worse, the prices at the hotel are unusually high for the Philippines. Since there's nothing around, you're completely dependent on the hotel for everything, which feels very restrictive. Renting a scooter in the area is nearly impossible, adding to the frustration. If you're looking for convenience and variety, I strongly recommend choosing a different place to stay Everything is under renovation, so there’s constant banging and hammering. There’s no access to a toilet or shower from the beach to rinse off the saltwater. There’s only one toilet, far away from the beach. Next to the hotel, there's a swamp, and most of the rooms have a view of it. Because of that, mosquitoes are biting here 24/7. So the risk of dengue infection increases significantly. Mosquitoes are everywhere: on the beach, in the room, at the reception, in the restaurant—everywhere !!!!!!!

We stayed at their Air BNB room which is spacious enough for 5 people with 1 bathroom and a large front balcony deck overlooking the beach. They provided a buffet breakfast which is included, but it is unsanitary as dogs roam around. would not come back here until they take care of this problem. The beach is wonderful which is calm and with a wide sandy beach. Front office people are great is accomodating your needs.

We had booked 4 nights at the Nacpan Beach Resort and spontaneously extended it because we liked it so much. As soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted with mussellei and a welcome drink. Hannah, the receptionist, organized an upgrade in an uncomplicated, friendly and very professional manner and housekeeping decorated the room beautifully. everyone was super friendly and welcoming. whether Leo and the beach boys or in the restaurant. Every single cappuccino was decorated with a heart. Thanks to Rovy, Jane, Krystel, Arlehe, Riza, Cris, Jacky and Alex. Even the receptionists from clamping Jomore (Name?) and Justin always offered their support. Since I don't know everyone's names, we would like to thank the entire team for making our stay a very pleasant one. Of course I would also like to mention the general manager, who gave me a special citronella to combat the sand fleas - thank you very much.

Stayed in garden view room, very spacious, veranda is subtle but is a good area to catch early morning sun. Nacpan beach is more beautiful than any review you can read. A lot less busy than El nido town beach perfect if you want your own private beach vacation and you can still travel to the town if you want to. The staff are very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back again!

The service was amazing. Marv helped us a lot throughout our trip and made us feel welcome. I loved the dogs in the resort, please keep them around they are so cute. They provide amazing massages. The detox water is super yummy. The decorations were so beautiful.
