Park Hotel Cala di Lepre & Spa

Had a two night stay here while in Sardinia and doing activities in Palau, when we told when booking it was a wedding anniversary they kindly upgraded to a sea view room and left a bottle of wine and fruits with a special note in the room. The breakfast was freshly cooked and the buffet had a super choice with quality food not usually going in buffets. The staff were nice and friendly also.

Amazing time at this beautiful hotel nestled in gardens with incredible views. The welcome was fantastic, the whole team super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and the food delicious both in the main restaurant and by the pool. Beds super comfy, rooms lovely and clean and the spa treatment / wellness circuit and yoga session under the olive trees just what was needed to relax and soak it all up. Plenty to do for kids with easy access to beach and solarium where you can just step into the stunning clear waters of the protected bay. Plenty of activities for kids too and some great evening entertainment to sip a cocktail to! Would advise on hiring a car as taxis are expensive and not easy to walk to Palau itself. They also offer a Brunch Around if on the Half or Full Board package at their other hotels which is a fabulous way to discover other parts of the island and still enjoy their great food and hospitality. Highly recommend it and would go back in a heartbeat

First and last impressions count for a lot and the staff at Reception have created a bad experience at what would otherwise have been a very desirable location. Their initial greeting was lack lustre and their attitude on departure deplorable. Having been unable to offer a late check-out (which we understood and have no issue with) they offered the use of a room in order to shower prior to being transferred to the air-port. The time was agreed with over 24 hours notice but when it came to it they did not deliver, using various delaying tactics until we had no other option but to use the public toilets. Had they said from the outset there would be no facilities available we could have made alternative arrangements. In the end their unhelpful approach to what should be an entry level industry standard practice left an unfortunate final impression that the reception staff at the Hotel Cala Di Lepre care little for the comfort of their clients or that their lasting reputation will be one of cavalier indifference. This is a shame because the rest of the hotel experience was quite positive. Food choice was excellent, pools and other facilities well maintained and the location idyllic. All other staff were friendly and had a positive attitude and the life-guards in particular were alert, attentive and helpful. The payment system of using a dedicated hotel payment card was a good idea as well; removing any concerns about payment security and was very efficient.

Exceptional staff made our experience a fantastic one, thank you. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable clean rooms, we were well looked after by Louisa and team mates. Estates well maintained throughout. Buggies to and from pool were very welcome on very hot days, due to the hotel being situated on a beautiful hillside overlooking a beautiful bay with Lots of activity to watch including lovely yachts coming and going, all sparkling when lit up at night. Great views from dining area snd by pool restaurant too. Aurora and team were super helpful by the pool area. Variety of food was very good, local specialties and fabulous italian cuisine and wine excellent too. service first class, Camilla was stand out. Very much enjoyed and hope to return

Helpful staff, great rooms quiet location. Great to relax in the sun. If you want to explore a car would be a great help, taxis can be expensive. Food was great. I would recommend. a trip around the islands, great to explore . Ask for a room with sea view… this is great .

Review from family of four from hong kong: An excellent choice for a family stay in Sardinia: The resort is large, but we can always ride the free golf carts which travels around. There are plenty of free facilities and activities for residents, such as 2 pools , beach, tennis, padel, archery, football, etc. My family and I joined the padel class in the mini-club at 11am, although it was really hot, our teacher Alexander was so friendly and taught us well. The hotel rooms (houses) are spacious and comfy, with a spectacular view over the sea and a night sky full of stars. The staff is nice, considerate, fluent in English, and so kind to give us a free late check-out. A shoutout to the staff Valerio who kindly took us to the port early in the morning as well as showed us the resort, and quickly responded to our questions in detail online and offline. Also a big thank for the tender care from Betties at the front desk who carefully removed the tiny sea urchin stings on my toe, almost the BEST doctor care I've received in Sardinia. Sorry if I spelt their names wrong. Our family had a enjoyable and memorable experience in Sardinia-
