Reception workers are a nightmare to deal with. Me and my newly wed wife came here to spend a weekend after our wedding event, expecting it to be a romantic getaway after a stressful period of wedding planning. Just as we arrived (6.5hrs car drive) my wife came in for a check in. She was given the keycards and the receptionist asked where we had come from. That was all of the interaction - no guidelines on how to get to our room, what are the buffets and spas opening times, not even a little bit of marketing of the procedures they can offer in wellness center. Kind of annoyed i brought the luggage to our room and went back to gather the intel - for a 4.5 star hotel you expect staff to act accordingly and treat you with a bit more respect. Once i've finished interrogating the receptionist we walked off to have a meal in the buffet. Surprisingly enough the food is to die for, plenty of options to choose from, all scrumptious. I even went for seconds and thirds (also the dessert 🍪). Well done kitchen staff you truly outdone yourself 🥹❤️ Since i already had good food in me, i felt generously rested after the trip and thought ill give another go at trying to find a common ground with the receptionists. Whilst i walked to the reception desk i thought of an idea that id like to surprise my wife with, given its our first weekend as a married couple. I thought to ask and organize a tiny spa treatment - some facial masks, some snacks and drinks that could be brought up to our room, which id buy myself beforehand. To my surprise when asked about something like this don't expect them to have any sense of humane treatment.. i was told that they are only responsible for the bookings and they don't do anything else.Not gonna lie, still shocked to my core, in all my hotel experiences even a two star hotel can manage something simple like that. Feeling defeated i kindly apologized for the disruption and said that s fine ill manage to do it myself (even though it will be way harder to make it a surprise) Sorry for making a yapper post, just wanted to tell other people, yes the food is out of this world, and yes spa amenities are nice and new, just dont expect any going beyond the definition of receptionists, or should i say - room availability validators, since receptionist is too difficult of a role for them to handle.

It's the 2nd time I visited this place. Overall a decent experience. Some things worth mentioning though: 1. Parking is now paid (before it was free) and the system is unfair. 1 eur = 1 hour or 5 eur 24 hours. Every time you will want to leave you will be paying for those hours. Only 7 hours might have passed since you parked and you want to leave somewhere? 7 eur. You can't pay days in advance with 24 hours = 5 eur price as far as I understand. Greedy. If you don't plan on going anywhere then it's fine, I guess? 2. They opened a new pool and saying it's amazing would be too little. And it's not over-crowded! Worth checking out that's for sure. 3. Food is great and there are enough healthy options for people on plant based diet. 4. All staff is friendly and helpful. 5. They start registering new guests only at 3PM, the lines were insane when we came here, some people had to wait for over an hour! 6. Gym is pretty good and empty. 7. Rooms are okay but nothing special.

Although the SPA area is modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing, the overall level of service and attitude towards the guest did not meet the hotel’s positioning or even the basic standards of hospitality. We stayed for just one night – as Klaipėda residents, we chose to stay in Palanga for one clear reason: to enjoy the pool and sauna area without rushing, both on the day of arrival and the day of departure. The voucher was purchased via noriunoriunorius.lt, which clearly stated: “2 hours per day in the pool and sauna area for 2 people.” Upon arrival at 15:00, we waited in line for around 40 minutes. Understandable, given it’s the beginning of the season and guest flow is high. However, during check-in, when we asked about a bathrobe and crib for our child, we were assured everything would be provided. Unfortunately, neither was in the room. Calls to the reception went unanswered. I went in person – they promised to deliver. An hour passed – nothing. I went back again and had to find everything myself. The following morning, after breakfast, as expected, we were preparing to go to the pool. Only then were we informed that the pool and sauna area would open at 12:00, which coincided with our scheduled check-out time. We had received no prior notice – neither during check-in nor afterwards. Reception staff admitted they had only learned about it that same morning. Situations like this directly contradict the hotel’s own published rules, which state that guests must be informed in advance via the official website of any changes to the operational hours of wellness areas. When we requested to extend our stay by a couple of hours so we could actually use the service we paid for, the situation was taken over by administrator Evelina. Instead of offering a constructive solution, she stated that the pool was only included for 2 hours total during the entire stay. This, however, is a clearly misleading interpretation that does not align with a reasonable guest expectation. The wording of the voucher specifically says “2 hours per day.” Logically and by industry standard, this means 2 hours on the day of arrival and 2 hours on the day of departure – the two calendar days the guest is actually staying at the hotel. If the intent was to offer a one-time 2-hour visit for the entire stay, it should have been clearly stated as “2 hours per stay.” It was not – and therefore interpreting this to the hotel’s advantage is unfair and misleading to the customer. In other words – the service was partially withheld, key changes were not communicated, and staff were unprepared to offer any reasonable solution. To summarize: – Customer service was fragmented and uncoordinated. – Communication about service changes was insufficient. – The voucher conditions were interpreted unilaterally in the hotel’s favor. – Staff communication was formally polite, but entirely unhelpful. I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days which were supposedly very busy for the hotel (lots of people). Some experiences that stood out: 1. Food (all you can eat) is really great, as I'm on a plant-based diet I always had things to eat, it was well prepared, lots of choices and it had a lot of changes day to day, meal to meal. Everything was cleaned up, replaced fast. I was very pleased with it. However, if you decide to purchase breakfast/ lunch/ dinner/lunch all you can eat separately it's pretty expensive. (15,18,20eur at the data of writing this review.) 2. Restaurant at 8th floor is way too overpriced for what you get. But has a great view. 3. Cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tank wasn't working / I couldn't book it. A bit disappointing 4. The bicycles the hotel offers to rent weren't of the best quality but did the job for the price (5 eur / hour), also when it was time to return them we couldn't find an empty spot where to lock them in as people would lock their own bikes to the stands while we were gone. We had to find where to squeeze them in, we did find a spot but it's just a slight annoyance. You can also rent scooters (10eur / hour). We didn't rent but they seemed to be newish. 5. There was construction happening outside but it didn't really affect me all that much (But we stayed Friday - Monday and Monday was national day off) 6. Gym equipment is great, was almost always empty. 7. The pools when I visited (during a rainy day at around ~5 PM) were full and you couldn't really use them. The other pool was locked because there was a an exercise session going on so the other one was really packed full. Saunas were okay, there weren't too many people. 8. Some of the staff of some procedures can't speak Lithuanian at all or can speak only a limited amount. For me personally it wasn't a big deal because most of these procedures you didn't need to do much talking( in mud procedures or baths) , but still a minor annoyance although I completely emphasize and am not complaining that much. 9. Had to wait for an hour for our room to get ready when we arrived at around 2 PM. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. 10. I really enjoyed the massages. 11. Although it was a busy period for the hotel, we could always find where to park after going out to town, which is nice. Other than that everything was great. Very decent, modern, clean room, great view, great location,close to the beach, fast internet, has AC, the hotel itself has a very modern feel to it. You get free mineral water on the first floor (even though I didn't like it that much). There are 3 restaurants in the hotel itself, has voleyball court, some hammocks outside, Staff helpful, professional I had a great visit.

We were here with a family. Polite and friendly staff. Good service and tasty food. Our room (mini-suite) was wide. If we are speaking about heating the room was too hot for me. Needed to air the room. Fresh air from a pine forest was adorable. Great location near the forest and the Baltic sea.
