Friends, Feeling purposeful to share that I have concluded the 15 days Ayurvedic sojourn without any duress. Surrendering myself unconditionally to the serene nature, amazing doctor, gifted therapists and curated foods brought ubiquitous tranquility to my body and mind. Body is very light; mind calm and composed. Never had so much of time to reflect and introspect. I have underlined the actionable to handle some of the challenges in my life. These actionable are quite different for sure than the way, I normally do. To respect my body and mind, I have made a list of lifestyle changes and resolved to follow them unequivocally. From tomorrow, back to materialistic world, but with an agile body and calm mind. I will be tested again but will ensure the responses don’t agitate my body and mind. Amazing Team Kairali, led by Dr Sali and therapists. Big thanks to them. I had a beautiful time here. I came here for 14 days and extended it to 21 days, as the treatment and place are relaxing. There were many people from all parts of the world (Russia, Brazil, France, Switzerland, and the UK), and such an extended stay is a great time to share the essence and make new friends and connections. The staff is super friendly, and it doesn't matter how many dull moments you have; seeing the staff will automatically bring a smile to your face. A tip - If you are coming for PanchKarma treatment, if your insurance covers Ayurveda treatment (most of them do now), you can claim your expense. I was consulted by Dr. Deepu John, and Im coming again next year.

Paradisic place, great staff, professional doctors, wonderful place, super yoga teacher: thanks Sunil! I would really recommend this health resort to have at least 14 days of treatment, afterwards you feel as a new person.

The key feature of the facility is more than just a comfortable stay and a serene environment, it is the keen coordination between the Doctor, the therapists, the nursing staff, the kitchen staff and all other caregivers to ensure the best treatment is offered to the residents of the facility. The concern and individual attention include the consulting Doctor visiting the Villa to check on the resident's health concerns, the kitchen in consultation with the doctor providing the right diet with strict discipline, staff delivering medicines as and when required, and responding promptly to any health issues. The people make this place much more than a luxury destination. I returned with better health and greater discipline, especially with my eating. I felt the visit made me more self-aware and thoughtful when approaching my health.

My experience was fab and smooth. Kairali healing village is made beautifully and gives you a sense of calm and comfort . The villas are made well and great .I was in Villa 108 and found it very nice . The beds … right from the mattress to the pillows to every thing was superb. Everyone who works there has a smile on their face …always helpful and caring. Doctors were good too but my doc Dr. Deepu was amazing and made sure that I was comfortable all through my 21 day Panchkarma which surely was not an easy thing to do. But time flew by and I’ve left feeling great and am already looking forward to my follow up visit soon in November. Thank you to everyone taking care … esp the front office Nisha and Manoj, my therapists Renuka and Remya was super too and the canteen staff and well as their vehicles and drivers. Overall a fab experience. Thank you to all at KTAHV !

Went for the panchakarma treatment and I thoroughly felt rejuvenated after my visit. Kudos to the Front office as well as to the medical team for being very hospitable.
