This is my humble request. Kindly don't recommend this hotel to anybody. This is a third rate hotel. Staff are behaving very rudely.

Poor services, room was pathetic in condition, dental and shaving kits are chargeable, food was totally unsatisfactory.

We booked a extra bed but didn’t get it plus we also ordered with breakfast and they didn’t clean the tables or anything

It is a value for money option for staying for a short duration. I stayed their for 2 days on a short trip. The location is decent. The staff are courteous. We stated in a junior suite. The room and bathroom were spacious. Most central parts of palakkad like the palakkad fort, ksrtc bus stand, noorani village, mercy college, etc are just a short auto ride away.

Not extra bed for extra guest. Very poor service. I don't think this type of service is for premium room.

The property was listed in mm t as a good hotel to stay at palakkad. It's located in a very good location, away from the bustle of traffic but within reach of all key places of interest. Had booked with complimentary breakfast but the hotel didn't offer breakfast. A good hotel, but maintenance can be better

It was a terrible experience as I have booked this for my dad with breakfast included . Post breakfast today , my dad was charged 750RS as they said it’s a mistake as we do not include breakfast in our deals. My dad had to pay it maybe coz hotel fault. Overall a very pathetic experience
