Noticed some stains on bedsheets as well as the pillow sheets. Since they were literally on every sheet and the house seemed pretty old and slightly run-down we figured it was just old bedding with irremovable stains but still clean. However my girlfriend got a rash on several parts of her body after 2 nights with exactly matching symptoms of bed lice. Generally hygiene seemed on the lower end, some weird stains in the shower floor etc. Also breakfast was in the open, flies sitting on plenty of uncovered food. Bad hygiene is just a total disqualifier for any hotel. Very disappointed. The outside garden area is just beautiful and well maintained. Such a shame because I really wish I could recommend this hotel. (see photos)

The place and location is very good, located near Ullen Sentalu Museum which is great museum and surroundings with other tourist spots. The contour of this place is great, the beautiful chapel, the wide field with 'borobudur like' stage, the restaurant (joglo style), the pool, the glamping where we can set the bonfire to get warm and excited experience for kids, many options for the room styles, easy for car parking, the fog and mist, are all of the pro's you can get from this place. Ofcourse there are also some room for improvement which i had directly notes to the hotel. But overall the place is good, especially for family vacation.

Good place to stay near Merapi. Spacious room, fresh air emvironment. Will be back with family

Pelayanan sangat baik fasilitas okee, hanya sayang di area kamar tdk ada seperti pengaharum ruangan, jadi saat pertama masuk bau nya seperti enggap

Tempatnya nyaman pooolll suka banget sama penginapan ini emang pemandangannya beneran secakep itu fasilitas kamar yg emang lengkap cuman nggak ada tvnya aja jd lebih bisa explore ke beberapa spot penginapannya.. Nggak bikin bosen justru betah..

Walau agak jauh kedalam ada kendaraan yang antar, tenang, makanan paling juara deh

Rekomended place buat liburan dengan keluarga.

Kamar bambu sangat luas dan bersih.

Lokasi sangat bagus, fasilitas juga lumayan, sayang keversihan kamar sangat kurang

Lokasinya deket suraloka. Pelayanannya ramah Tempatnya bagus dan bersih

Tempatnya indah, bagus, cuma jauh dr kota...kalau makanan si biasa, terima kasih
